The item I ordered came sooner than I had expected. However, it had leaked during the transit to my office. I contacted FrangranceX via email about the problem and within a day I heard back from them and they remedied the mistake by offering me a discount on my next purchase. I really apprecitated their quick response and will definitely use them again in the future.

The wrong product was sent. Ysatis Iris was sent instead of Ysatis de Givenchy. I need to contact the vendor to learn how to correct this. Depending on the handling of the wrong product will determine if I will shop at vendor again.

The fragrance I received was properly labeled and was the brand that I ordered, but was not the same fragrance that I have purchased in the past. As a result, I was not totally satisfied with this purchase although it may be my fault for not being aware of the possibilty of this difference.

I got on line, found this site that carried a hard to find item, ordered w/ credit card, and received within the 2-3 weeks. No problems, no hassles! Also, received my shipping free by ordering over $59.00. My order also arrived with a $5.00 of coupon for my next order.

Well laid out web site. They have a vast amount of products, but navigation to products I wanted was very quick, not alot of extraneous screens to navigate through. Checkout was quick with a link to PayPal and a link back (after payment) to log out that actually worked. You new your transaction was complete. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I'll shop there again, but wish there was a Canadian outlet to avoid customs tax. Besides I enjoy shopping within my own borders. Considering there reduced overhead due to an email serviceI paid the same price. Why? FragranceX.com had what I wanted, but again, due to the price it won't be the first place I look for future purchases. Also I bought 3 products amd received only one sample. Department stores, hell...even shoppers drugmart gives us a fistful of sample vials to tempt us into our nest purchases.
