Great Deal on Most Fragrance but the Cigar can't be found at store's i don't know why but i glad i found it i love it and its all the real thing. Will buy from them again. It just Shipping cost is way to high unless you meet the min order then shipping's Free. So that would be the fall back is the 29.95 shipping on a 14.95 Fragrance makes the cost to much other then that Great ;o)

Everthing was fine except I never got a confirmation, so I wasn't sure if they got my order. Any internet site I've dealt with always sends a confirmation. I contacted them by phone and they said they got my order. Then I got a confiramtion. I don't remember if they notified me when it shipped. I would use this site again mainly because the price was very good.

My only problem was that the item was shipped with a wrong zip code, and therefore was not delivered. Instead of informing that, I only found out a week later when I called to inquire about the delay in delivery. You should track those events and inform the buyer if the item is not being delivered. After that, everything went smooth. I will be a return customer.

I was very satisfied about my shopping experience with FragranceX. Before I was very sceptic to buy products online (security, authenticity of the products, reliability company, ...). I received my order on time. After I received my order, I ask a question by mail. I received an answer very quickly. The tracking of my order via Internet didn't work. Maybe a Technical problem ?
