I recently ordered a filter for my refrigerator. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one and it did not fit when it arrived. I contacted customer service on a Saturday and received the nicest response the same day. They offered to immediately ship out the correct filter and to provide a pre-paid return label for the wrong filter, even though it was my fault! I had such a positive experience with this retailer that I now purchase both my refrigerator and furnace filters from this retailer.
