A month ago I needed a port replicator for my Evo n610c , Getpartsonline had the lowest price i could find anywhere, I ended up buying 2, a basic one for home and an advanced one for my office. I also ordered an extra ac adapter, they called me and let me know that the adapter I ordered was the wrong one and advised me on the correct one. Saved me a headache with sending the wrong one back. They were very helpful. I would buy from them again.

Be wary of too-good-to-be-true prices. We ordered 8 docking stations and received a confirmation email that they had shipped. After a 10 day wait we suddenly received a note that they didn't have them in stock and the order was cancelled. Amazing, since they had supposedly already shipped. I would not trust this company in the future.

I seem to be in the middle of one of the bad experiences. I have purchased a disk drive for my laptop computer. They processed my credit card and then confirmed shipment.
We received notification that this shipped on Saturday,28 March 2009. When I log into UPS tracking it always tells me that it can not find my tracking number. We sent them an email requesting shipment tracking. We promptly received a relpy saying they would check into it. 5 business days later we have not received any futher information.
It is now been 15 business days and I have not received my part. We will update this complaint when we get the final status.
I wish I had checked this site before purchasing from this company - We would not have made this purchase.

Items was not NEW as described on website and customer service would not reurn emails. Item is clearly used with scratches and covers are taped-on with scotch tape.

They say that the shipping is free, then defalt to FedEx next day. There isn't a free shipping option. I looked at all shipping methods.

Recently I ordered HP motherboad 443774-001 through eBay. It was mentioned that they will send me a new OEM piece.
However, when I got the item, it was old one with dust and screw marks. Above all it was not working.
Let see, I have put up my case with PayPal resolution center for refund.

Crooked Company, Do NOT trust, they sell trash parts to you!

I ordered a macbook keyboard and trackpad from get parts online, it said on their website that it was in "perfect working condition". This was a lie, I only ordered one keyboard, they sent two, however both of them were unuseable and had the cables ripped out of the back of them. Also whoever took them out of the previous machine used a crowbar it seemed to get it out. Sending me an extra keyboard did not make up for the poor quality, both were still useless to me. I contacted get parts online for a refund and of course they wanted me to pay to send it back and then there would be a restocking fee. I decided to keep the $50 worth of junk so that they couldnt con someone else and send it to them. PLEASE do not buy from this company, I would love to see them bite the dust for screwing people around like this. It amazes me to think someone could really put that stuff in a box and waste my time and money by shipping it. It belonged in a trash can.

Bottom Line: Never Shopping With Them Again

Information on their site is misleading
They listed incorrect specifications for the item I purchased which resulted in my having an item that wasn't compatible with my computer system.
In order to return this item they wanted to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee, even though it was their misleading website that lead me to purchase it in the first place.
After contacting them, they agreed to refund the entire amount of my purchase and shipping. It remains to be seen if they will indeed do this.

This is a positive review of this store. I purchased a DVD burner for my laptop and wanted it delivered for Christmas. It never came, because of the airlines shutting down and all the bad weather. When I called them disappointed, even though it wasn't there fault. They gave me a full refund and were willing to pay the shipping back. They credited my card the same day it was sent back. What an awesome place to do business. I can't wait to return with another purchase. Thanks for being so professional and courteous (wink).......John

Horrible Shopping Experience!

I had a horrible shopping experience with this company. For starters they sent the wrong part. I paid out of my own pocket to have the part shipped back. I needed the part ASAP so I went to HP to get the right part. Get Parts Online refused to give me a full refund. I still am fighting them to get any sort of refund. They have their part and my money. I have been trying to get my refund for 2 months now. Shop elsewhere.

Horrible -- BUYER BEWARE

Ordered a laptop battery. It arrived in a timely manner, but was defective and was returned via their RMA process. Their web site shows that the product was received back a short time later. That's the last I ever heard from them. After many inquiries, 8 weeks of being completely ignored is inexcusable. I have now issued a claim against them through PayPal and hope to at least get some satisfaction for the money getpartsonline has received from me. They have my money and I have nothing except the expense of returning the product. -- The very WORST company I have ever dealt with, bar none!
