NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

HORRIBLE! I ordered a $50 Gamecube game from them and it took 2 weeks to recieve. On top of that, they sent me the wrong game. They sent me the Gameboy Advanced version of the game that was priced at $35. When I ask to get this problem fixed, they said that I can return the game ($35 value) to recieve $35 in store credit. So after all that, I lost $15 because of their mistake.

Horrible -- They lied about mailing and then canceled order.

Placed order on 12/7, was told it was backordered the next day, then told it would be mailed Friday 12/12. Gamequest did not respond to repeated e-mails and a phone message asking for tracking information. Two days before Christmas they indicated that the game was still on backorder and had never been sent. Then on Dec. 24th I received an e-mail saying that they canceled my order. The whole time, they had my money (paid through PayPal) and collected interest on it. This was my children's main gift. They left me high and dry. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere, if you want to get your product, that is.

Three weeks since ordering, no game received, no response from their customer service despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone. I was sent a tracking number, but USPS shows no evidence of the package ever being shipped through them. Hopefully GameQuest Direct will eventually contact me to give their explanation, but as far as I can tell, they took my money and have no intention of following up with delivering the product. Use at your own risk!

Worst online buying experience ever!

I would never buy anything from GameQuest Direct again and I would recommend the same to anyone else. I bought a used game from them that took much longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did arrive it didn't even work. Their customer service in dealing with the problem was among the worst that I have ever experienced. I eventually had to get Amazon involved in order to resolve the problem because they hooked me up with GameQuest. When GameQuest finally agreed to give me a refund for the game, they made me pay for the shipping to get it back to them. I have been in contact with them regarding this several times and have not even received a response to my e-mails.
This evaluation of GameQuest has no reflection on Amazon. Amazon's customer service has always been great.

Nonexistent customer support.

Pre-sales support was excellent, but post-sale customer support is nonexistent. I had a few questions about a game, so I sent an email, and received a detailed response within 24 hours. I went ahead and bought the game through them, and was fairly satisfied with the service and delivery time. The game, however, was not what I was looking for. I asked for a RMA per the return policy found on the website, and have yet to receive a response. Its been a week since I placed the request. So, in my experience, once GameQuestDirect has your money, they completely ignore you. Buy at your own risk!

Would not but from this company again. I ordered from gamequest after viewing the "trusted seller" rating. I received email from gamequest that the item (Karaoke Revolution Party Bundle)had been shipped. NEVER
RECEIVED ITEM. Contacted customer service- was unwilling to work with me-no refund or replacement product. Luckily, I had used PAYPAL and was able to open a dispute and got a refund. Unfortunately, my daughter did not get her birthday present. Very disappointing.

They gave out coupons for the game and them cancelled the game the were selling. This company is fraudulent and I will be filling a BBB complaint. Also will be contacting all the partners with this company to find out why they are suggesting this company is so good. Will never do business with this company if they were the last game sellers on the earth.

They did not have the product I ordered in stock, despite them listing it as. So when I discovered it was back ordered the next day, I emailed the company and told them to cancel. Well they canceled it, but they had put a credit hold on my card which I had to call up my credit card company to have them remove. Overall this company was more of a hassle to deal with then anything and I will not be ordering from them again. Im sticking to Amazon for now on. At least they have items in stock they claim, and they do not put any sort of stupid credit hold on you card if they do not have it in stock at the time.
