I was a little hesitant to buy from this merchant because I had never heard of them and they didn't yet have a 'rating', however, was pleasantly surprised...I received an email because I inadvertently switched my home and shipping address and this caused the credit card to be declined...I then called them, they straightened it all out over the phone--quickly and efficiently---and there was no delay whatsoever in my shipment...I will DEFINITLEY use this merchant again (especially since it was the ONLY merchant carrying this product without a 4-6 week delay)...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The games I was looking for I could not find at a retail store in my area. Gamequest had both the games I wanted at a good price. The games were in stock (and I ordered them after Christmas) and arrived within 3 days after I ordered them. Their website is easy to navigate, buying is simple and fast.

I was fortunate that the cd-rom game was in good condition, as the plastic container that holds the game was damaged/crunched during shipping in the bubble envelope. The corner of the case was in a crumbled mess, but the game was not damaged. This was not the fault of the merchant. Their site was easy to navigate, easy to place an order with, they had a wonderful selection, and delivery was on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be doing business with them in the future.

I pre-ordered the game, paid the full amount, and asked for overnight shipping. I was called the day before the street date and told the shipping I asked for would be $10 more. I agreed to pay it. I was told that they would try to ship it that day and if not then it would ship the next day.
The next day I looked online and saw it had not shipped. I contacted them via online text chat. They assured me it was going to ship that day. Not only did it not ship that day, but when it was shipped it was sent via Fedex 2 day delivery.
I was so mad that my wife had to call them for me. The lady who spoke to her on the phone was less than helpful and claimed she had noone who ranked above her. I suppose that makes her the owner of the company? Right after my wife hung up the phone, the lady called back and refunded the shipping cost.
I took off of work for the week so I could get in on the early game play, as well as the contests that were going on. I received the game on Thursday. I could have just walked over to any number of Gamestops who all still had the Legendary edition in stock and bought it on the street date.

I'm a 65 year old grandma who's having a ball ordering these games for my grandson.
To see his face light up when he gets it is enough to make my heart take a leap.
Oh by the way, I help him order it and he thinks he pays for it. The last game cost him 33 cents.

Although the wrong item was initially sent to me, they promptly corrected this and sent me the intended game. I understand that mistakes do happen, and this minor delay didn't take away much from this overall good shopping experience. I would order from them again should the need arise.
