I wasn't offered any rebate that I recall, wish there had been one, maybe I missed?? because I saw the item selling cheaper on e-Bay and it would have been cheaper for me to buy on e-Bay then from Game Quest.

They had two rare games that no one else had at a reasonable price. The products were shipped on time and in great condition. The website needs some upgrading as far as appearence is conserned. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Great, user friendly site to order! The information was clear. The merchandise arrived in a few days from order. I was notified when the order had been received and when the order had been shipped. The shipping order told me what day to expect UPS delivery, and lo and behold, it was right on!

Slower than average processing time for orders; horrible tracking information for UPS; prices on Playstation games are outrageously high; prices for games on other systems vary - some are average price, some are rather high, however this merchant does stock a lot of very rare and out of print titles; if the statement on their website is true and all their games are brand new factory sealed and not re-wrapped demo copies, etc. then this site has a lot of good finds; received a GameCube game from them which looked like it possibly may have been a re-wrapped copy but since Nintendo does not put security seals on their GameCube games, have no way of knowing for sure.

i tried to contact the merchant about returning the game. i called during the listed business hours and couldn't get through. i also emailed them wanting information about the return policy and never got any response. the game is unopened and it turned out someone else already bought the game for the person i had intended it to go to.

I needed to receive my order before Christmas. When I wrote to express concern that it had not yet shipped, I received a prompt response regarding the holiday delays and a promise to ship the item right away by 2-day delivery at no extra charge. This was done and I received the item in time for Christmas.
