They were out of the year wine had ordered but called and had another year which was fine and the one they had was slightly more expensive but sold it to me at the price of the other and it arrived extremely fast.

The order was placed on November 6,2006. As of today, Nov.27, it had not been shipped. I called the merchant and they promised to send it out today.The person at Grand Wine Cellar claimed that they wanted to confirm the purchase order and that they had tried to reach me TEN TIMES. We never received any messages on our 24 hour voice mail. Clearly unacceptable behaviour!!!

I was shipped a smaller size than the one I paid for I made several calls and several emails and this problem still is nor resolved.
I would still liked to receive the correct size that Iorderd and am willing to pay the difference in price
however I do not believe I should pay shipping twice

I phoned the merchant to confirm that they were offering the Stones Original GREEN ginger wine and was assured that they were in deed offering this wine. Their web site offered Stones Original ginger wine however, described the GREEN ginger wine. The clerk spoken with assured me that I would receive the GREEN ginger wine and not the ginger wine. Two different wines. I did not receive what had been promised (GREEN ginger wine) but, received the ginger wine. I know this sounds confusing however, they are diffrent wines.

I placed two orders online, they were filled immediately and my clients who were the recipients were delighted. I would definitely purchase from Grand Wine Cellar again. Just wish I could receive shipments here in Maryland.
