Similar to robotnut's review posted July 4, 2006 for GreatBuyUSA, I was also charged for the free watch even after putting in the free watch promotion code. I did not add the watch to my cart but was charged twice for the "FREE" watch after submitting the order. After a month of countless calls, emails and faxes, I have yet to received a refund. Finally, called my credit card company and asked them to resolve the issue.

Do Not Buy Anything From This Company

I ordered the AAA Talking Pilot (after checking with AAA to make sure they actually endorsed the product - they did) on January 6. My order remained "In Process" the whole month.
On January 27, after not receiving any response to the e-mail I sent them, I called their "customer service" number and when I got to talk with someone she said it was on backorder and that I should wait at least 6 weeks. I told her to cancel my order and she said she would. I checked yesterday and the order had not been cancelled. I sent them a nasty e-mail demanding they cancel my order. No response. Today 1/29, it's still "In Process" online. I'm going to call them and e-mail them every day until my order is cancelled and if I see one charge show up on my credit card, theft charges will be filed immediately.
Stay away from this TERRIBLE company. I told AAA about this and their National Offices have severed all ties with this company because of the poor business ethic.

Flat out dishonest. They charge for shipping, and the site clearly states that shipping will be by Priority Mail. In fact they ship 4th class, and I was told to call back by 2/28 if I did not receive an item ordered 1/23.
