The 10" memory foam mattress is the best mattress my husband and I have ever slept on.  We have had our mattress for 2 years now and have absolutely no problems.  We were hesitant about buying a mattress on-line as many people are but rest assured that Healthy Foundations has great customer service.  Our mattress arrived just 5 days after our order was processed.  Two people can easily lift and move the mattress when rolled up.  There was no off-gassing or much smell as reported by many competitor brands.  We did let it air out for the recommended amount of time and have had a perfect night's sleep ever since that day.  We don't use a topper but just purchased a nice quality mattress pad from a local retailer.  We also purchased the memory foam pillows and were happy with them as well.   I cannot say this enough - DO NOT spend the extra money for the high priced competitors.  This bed has been one of the best investments we ever made.  We no longer wake up with aches and pains.

My wife and I had a three year old Serta Mattress that was killing my back. My wife also has arthritis and was waking up hurting every morning. After doing much research on memory foam mattresses, we bought the healthy foundations 10" mattress. I ordered on Monday, and it was delivered on Wednesday ! WOW!

After only two nights on this mattress, no more backaches, and my wife is waking up with virtually no pain. I can't explain how pleased we are with this purchase. The customer service is excellent. I would recommend this mattress and this company to anyone with a health condition. This mattress is at least 1,000.00 less than the tempurpedic, and presents excellent value. Two thumbs up!

We ordered the king 13" Luxe Memory Foam mattress - delivery came as promised and very easy to lift the way it was packed.  We found that after about 6 months it wasn't the best mattress for us and true to their word, they certainly delivered on the 365 day guarantee.  I found a charity to donate the mattress to and within an hour of my e-mail to Kristina, she had called the charity to verify my donation and refunded my credit card the entire amount minus the $75.  In this era of poor customer service in so many companies, what a pleasure to deal with such a professional company who sticks to their word.

The product (2" mattress pad) quality, customer service, promptness, web site all excellent! I messed up the address of the delivery destination, and they quickly rerouted the product to the correct address before Christmas with no additional expense! My 87 year old mother loves her new pad and says it has improved her joint pain while in bed considerably. A great investment!!

Thanks much for the full disclosure- though you probably could have gotten away with never saying a word and quietly changing your web site, it speaks volumes about your company that you chose a different path.

Allow me to say that I, as well as several overnight guests, have slept soundly on my mattress since I got it in December. Every person who has spent the night on it is wowed- it's pressure-free, comfortable sleep.

You're #1 on quality, service and price as far as I'm concerned. Count me as another completely satisfied customer.

I bought a king size Mattress from them and was so impressed with the product and company that I bought a 3 inch topper for my son's bed.  Best purchase ever and am totally confident my son is going to love his bed after I put this topper on it. Just when I had decided that customer service was dead and I was doomed to wait for months for rebate checks,I purchased a mattress topper from Healthy Foundations.Three months later I decided it wasn't working out for me,so I checked their return policy--365 days and no questions asked.
It got better! I'd tossed the box the topper came in, but I was told I could buy a replacement from my shipper and the cost would be reimbursed.When I emailed the tracking number as requested(I AM NOT KIDDING!), I got an email back within hours telling me that the full purchase price and cost of the box had been refunded to my credit card. I don't think the shipment had even had time to leave the pickup location.
It just doesn't get any better than this.

I am very pleased with the product I received. Delivery time was two days after initial est delivery, but I understood b/c it was over a weekend. Overall, I am glad that I chose to purchase a mattress topper instead of a full mattress- it works great!

Healthy Foundations website was informative and easy to navigate. The ordering process and delivery speed was as expected. Sleeping on this 3 inch mattress topper is a true delight. I decided on the 3 inch, and in retrospect, if I order one again in the future, I would go with the 2 inch. Dave's comment about back support with the 3 inch is correct, although it is still very comfortable. My only complaint is the topper does not measure the full width of my mattress as stated on the website. I emailed customer service about this, and they felt it would expand to its full width within a couple of days, but it hasn't done so. Aside from this one complaint, so far I am completely satisfied with the comfort and performance of this topper.

There was a miscommunication problem between the manufacturer and the seller, so my mattress was delayed but I contacted customer service and they had a mattress shipped to me within several days. So far the mattress has been superb! The customer service was incredibly helpful and contacted me with updates frequently. I would recommend Healthy Foundations to anyone interested in a high-quality memory foam mattress.

Healthy Foundations toppers are made from the same group that makes the Overstock.com toppers out of Corona Ca. I found this out by buying one from HF and then later one from OS.

If your buying HF topper, look at Overstock. You might be able to save some money.
