What a great purchase for the price! It is pretty firm at first, more comparable to the Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody model, which is a step above the Deluxe model that it's compared to in the Healthy Foundations website. It has gotten softer in the past two weeks and we sleep great! My husband who has deteriorating discs in his back hasn't woke up with any back pain since we got it...which is the main reason we purchased this type of mattress. We were concerned with buying online, but it came within three days and was packaged extremely well. We did let it "air out" over night and let it completely expand on our dining room table. It expands more to 11" than 10" which was fine with us. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would buy from Healthy Foundations again.

They have a terrific, informative web-site. It made all the difference as to whether I was going to purchase this item. It was easy to navigate, no problems. When I had to call customer service to ask additional questions...that was a little wierd. The person answering the phone was distracted and not all that helpful...but I did get my basic questions answered!!!

Very informative about the product purchased and ordering was simple and easy. Although, nothing was mentioned about foam bedding being hot to sleep on. They need to recommend a solution for people who are hot natured. A porous mattress pad, etc.

I had a fantastic experience with Healthy Foundations.
The quality of the products are all top notch. The mattress arrived in less than a week and arrived even before the pillows did!!!! The pillows are about 1/2 the size of a standard pillow which I was not expecting but they are so comfortable that we absolutely love them.

I FIRST LOOKED UP THE INFO ABOUT YOUR MATTRESS WELL INTO THE MONTH OF DECEMBER...IT WAS VERY MISLEADING...THE INFO GIVEN WAS THAT THE KING MATTRESS WAS AT A PRICE ABOUT $300 LESS THAN WAS STATED AT CHECK OUT. ALSO THE ADD STATED THAT WE WOULD GET PILLOWS AS A BONUS...EVEN THOUGH THE ADD WAS STILL ON YOUR SITE WELL INTO DEC. YOU WOULD NOT HONOR IT STATING THAT YOUR PRICES HAD CHANGED IN THE BEGINNING OF DEC...THEN WHY DID YOU NOT CHANGE THE SELLING INFO TOO?...I MADE A COPY OF IT SO I HAVE PROOF AND WE MADE OUR INITIAL DECISION TO BUY THE MATTRESS ON THAT INFORMATION...THE EXPLANATION GIVEN IN TWO FOLLOW-UP CONTACTS--PHONE AND EMAIL-- WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN OUR EYES...THAT WAS MISREPRESENTATION AND WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU DIDN'T HONOR THIS PRICE AS STATED.
