My wife and I had a three year old Serta Mattress that was killing my back. My wife also has arthritis and was waking up hurting every morning. After doing much research on memory foam mattresses, we bought the healthy foundations 10" mattress. I ordered on Monday, and it was delivered on Wednesday ! WOW!

After only two nights on this mattress, no more backaches, and my wife is waking up with virtually no pain. I can't explain how pleased we are with this purchase. The customer service is excellent. I would recommend this mattress and this company to anyone with a health condition. This mattress is at least 1,000.00 less than the tempurpedic, and presents excellent value. Two thumbs up!

Shopping: The website provided all the information needed to make the purchase, and placing the order was a treat for somebody who doesn't like to order online.

Delivery: The mattress was out of stock at the time of order. We received updates to let us know when to expect it; it arrived a week AHEAD of schedule.

Product: My wife's ongoing back pain and leg cramps have disappeared, and I no longer find it hard to get to sleep. No matter how long (or short) our sleep we wake up refreshed and feeling like we got a full night's sleep.

There was a very slight chemical odor when we first cut open the shipping bag which totally vanished after 2 or 3 days. For hundreds less than the "T brand" the Healthy Foundations mattress is a great investment. I only wonder why we took so long to make the change.

There was a miscommunication problem between the manufacturer and the seller, so my mattress was delayed but I contacted customer service and they had a mattress shipped to me within several days. So far the mattress has been superb! The customer service was incredibly helpful and contacted me with updates frequently. I would recommend Healthy Foundations to anyone interested in a high-quality memory foam mattress.

The memory form mattress arrived a week to the day from when I ordered it and is exactly what your site says. It fits the bed perfectly and not at all like what you can buy in local stores. I'm totally satisfied! When it arrived, I opened it and placed it on the bed and it bounced to size in just a short time. I'm sure this is because it doesn't sit wrapped up for a long time. The cover actually arrived before the pad. I have it out on another of our beds airing out although the scent is not bad at all. I hope you get a lot of business because your product is exactly as you advertise. It may be a little more than the cheaper brands but, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

I researched this purchase to death. I just could not justify paying top dollar for the name-brand mattress. Actually even paying the price for this mattress was a stretch. I simply did not expect the mattress to perform up to the hype. After reading the reviews, and given the 1 year guarantee, we pulled the trigger on a Healthy Foundations King Mattress. It arrived quickly, and was in great condition. We opened the bag, let it expand, and slept on it an hour later. There was almost no odor the first night, and none at all by the second night. I have never slept so good! I didn't realize just how poorly I was sleeping on my other mattress. After a month of use I can say that I am just as happy with it as I was the first day. I have absolutely no regrets about spending the money, and I'm glad I found this mattress before I was convinced to drop almost $3000 on the other choice. This is by far the best furniture purchase we have ever made. Buy one today!

New camper had couch cushions so I bought a topper. Slept like a dream. Back home, I had hip and lower back pain every morning which I didn't have when camping. Ordered another topper - after two nights, hip pain almost gone and NO LOWER BACK PAIN !!!!!!! I will never again sleep without my toppers - WOW - AMAZING - and to think of all the creams, ointments, pain killers, etc. I have used. I was always looking for a solution instead of removing the problem. My husband doesn't like change at all - but after two nights, he is sleeping better - less tossing and turning. I have spent more money on numerous mattress sets in the last 10 years than I have on a car. Finally, I have found a keeper. Service was excellent, everything explained in laymans terms, no confusion. Shipment was received in record time. The product is without a doubt worth every penny and then some. I would highly recommend this product. Forget the "sleep numbers" this one is #1.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Healthy Foundations website was informative and easy to navigate. The ordering process and delivery speed was as expected. Sleeping on this 3 inch mattress topper is a true delight. I decided on the 3 inch, and in retrospect, if I order one again in the future, I would go with the 2 inch. Dave's comment about back support with the 3 inch is correct, although it is still very comfortable. My only complaint is the topper does not measure the full width of my mattress as stated on the website. I emailed customer service about this, and they felt it would expand to its full width within a couple of days, but it hasn't done so. Aside from this one complaint, so far I am completely satisfied with the comfort and performance of this topper.

After extensive research into memory foam mattresses, I ordered a queen size from Healthy Foundations in June 2007. This is the best purchase I have made in years. My husband has suffered from hip and shoulder pain for years, but sleeping on the new mattress has eliminated the pain. It has also made a difference in the quality of my sleep, it is much improved. We love the mattress and would unconditionally recommend it. My experience with the telephone order was great. The man answered all my questions and was very helpful. The mattress arrived ahead of projected delivery date.

Excellent product (topper and pillow) and customer service. There was no noticeable foam odor and product is exactly as described. Delivery was on time, very smooth transaction. The website is very well done, easy to navigate.

We first ordered a 2 inch mattress pad. On the first night we used it, we noticed that our backs no longer hurt at night and in the morning! So we ordered a pillow (I already have a memory foam pillow) for my husband, and he loves it, too. However, the pillow had a small tear in it, and Brian at Healthy Foundations immediately suggested that they would exchange it. However, the tear was minor and my husband didn't want to do without the pillow for a week, so we decided to keep it. We told Brian about it, and he told me that our decision is fine but if the tear gets worse or if we simply changed our minds about not having it exchanged, then not to hesitate to contact him. He was also very helpful when we were deciding the thickness of the pad. The products are great and the customer service is wonderful. We would definitely purchase from them again.

I am totally happy with this mattress. I have the queen size. The price was great. Great experience with this company. I highly recommend this if you are looking at a memory foam tempurpedic type mattress.

We travel FULL TIME in a MOTOR HOME (for business), and I think of David @ Healthy Foundations if not nightly, then certainly weekly. I am so so so grateful for his recommendation. Before putting the pad on our bed, I thought I had the beginning of middle-age back problems (despite being healthy and trim). It seemed as if I could not fall asleep easily, and I always woke in the middle of the night with discomfort. I thought this unusual, as we had a new (expensive) motor home, with a NEW mattress. It was not easy to convince me that such a simple solution would solve my nightly woes. I'm sorry I didn't buy one of these earlier! Thank you, again and again and again.
