My mattress will come today, and I know I am going to enjoy it. But I already am thrilled with Healthy Foundations! I have never experienced such personal and helpful customer service. I was having a problem (actually it was UPS problem) with tracking my order. I shot an e-mail to Healthy Foundations, and within a short time, a most helpful and informative customer service rep phoned me, gave me the information I needed, and urged me to follow up if I had any more difficulty. Having dealt with companies that help only with "form e-mail replies," this was so comforting and satisfying.

Have to admit that I was skeptical after reading the reviews as it seemed "to good to be true" to have an honest merchant with a great product all in one package! Before placing my order, I spoke with a live "pleasant" human who had all the answers to my questions. Received my 2" Queen topper within a week of placing the order, and my experience using it so far has been "heavenly" making it extremely difficult to get out of bed in the a.m. "I've slept like a baby." Although, I found the website very wordy, if you're interested in foam mattress products of any kind, the Healthy Foundations website is the site to visit. The website is very thorough, containing a tremendous amount of useful "Foam for Dummies" information. I'm already contemplating the purchase of a 2nd topper as a gift. Any future foam products purchased will be with this company as I am a believer that they are a great company with a great product!

I love my new 10" memory foam mattress from Healthy Foundations. I looked at Tempurpedic but it was a little out of my price range. So I came across the Healthy Foundations website and decided to take a chance on a lower cost alternative without actually trying it out first. Boy am I glad I did!! It came in 9 days with no problems. Absolutely no smell when taken out of the package. To me it provides much better support than the Tempuredic. It is firm but at the same time makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. I no longer have a stiff back in the morning. The down side is that I do not want to get out of bed in the morning and can't wait to get back in bed at night.
So if you are on the fence, I definitely think you should give this mattress a try. There is no reason to spend extra money for a Tempurpedic.

Great Service! I ordered a foam top which had to be returned (great product - could not use) and Healthy Foundations was great. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again.

I am totally happy with this mattress. I have the queen size. The price was great. Great experience with this company. I highly recommend this if you are looking at a memory foam tempurpedic type mattress.

We love our new mattress. My husband always got up with back pain no matter what position we had put our adjustable bed. In just ONE night on the new mattress he was pain free. We also appreciated getting it sooner than expected. Customer service is the BEST! Always helpful.... quick replies to questions.

Healthy Foundations provides an excellent website to research the product and order online. Also, excellent email customer service; prompt and responsive. Product came as ordered, on time, and we are very pleased.

Shopping: The website provided all the information needed to make the purchase, and placing the order was a treat for somebody who doesn't like to order online.

Delivery: The mattress was out of stock at the time of order. We received updates to let us know when to expect it; it arrived a week AHEAD of schedule.

Product: My wife's ongoing back pain and leg cramps have disappeared, and I no longer find it hard to get to sleep. No matter how long (or short) our sleep we wake up refreshed and feeling like we got a full night's sleep.

There was a very slight chemical odor when we first cut open the shipping bag which totally vanished after 2 or 3 days. For hundreds less than the "T brand" the Healthy Foundations mattress is a great investment. I only wonder why we took so long to make the change.

I am extremely pleased with Healthy Foundations. This is the third 2-inch topper I've purchased from them; my first purchase was almost 5 years ago. I replaced it a couple of months ago, and also bought one as a gift. The pads are incredible; I've purchased memory foam toppers from other sources but these are by far the best quality I've seen.

I would also highly recommend the mattress protector. I was using a thinner quilted mattress pad over the topper, which I was very happy with. But I recently replaced it with a waterproof protector, and WOW!... what a difference! They are absolutely right. I can feel the full benefits of the foam now; I didn't know what I was missing. It also seems to sleep a bit cooler than with the quilted cotton pad, which is an added benefit.

Healthy Foundations has a very informative website, and their speed of delivery is top-notch. They also email detailed instructions on how to unpack and care for the toppers, and provide tracking information for the delivery. A most excellent company to deal with... both the company and their products are highly recommended!!

I ordered a mattress topper, mattress cover and two pillows. Everything arrived very quickly and at the same time. The quality is superb.

Very quick delivery and responsive to questions. We love the mattress! Recently I received a followup email from them about corrected product info and this is my reply---

"Thanks for the update on the memory foam mattress. I am impressed that you would be so forthright about these issues and go the extra mile to assure us that we have bought a quality product. To tell the truth, this is just icing on the cake---I never took the time to write you before because we love our 5-month old mattress. I already knew when I unpacked it and there was absolutely NO chemical smell that we had a winner. It is super comfortable, and I am very happy that its durability is not compromised by the lower density. That aside, we are INCREDIBLY HAPPY with our mattress!!! It is GREAT!!! And everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, mentioned on your site, and through the testimonials is/was dead on true. AWESOME!!!

Just when I had decided that customer service was dead and I was doomed to wait for months for rebate checks,I purchased a mattress topper from Healthy Foundations.Three months later I decided it wasn't working out for me,so I checked their return policy--365 days and no questions asked.
It got better! I'd tossed the box the topper came in, but I was told I could buy a replacement from my shipper and the cost would be reimbursed.When I emailed the tracking number as requested(I AM NOT KIDDING!), I got an email back within hours telling me that the full purchase price and cost of the box had been refunded to my credit card. I don't think the shipment had even had time to leave the pickup location.
It just doesn't get any better than this.

Thanks much for the full disclosure- though you probably could have gotten away with never saying a word and quietly changing your web site, it speaks volumes about your company that you chose a different path.

Allow me to say that I, as well as several overnight guests, have slept soundly on my mattress since I got it in December. Every person who has spent the night on it is wowed- it's pressure-free, comfortable sleep.

You're #1 on quality, service and price as far as I'm concerned. Count me as another completely satisfied customer.
