Healthy Foundations

We were thinking of getting a whole new mattress/boxspring set. Our bed was fine, it was just too firm for us. We purchased the 3" topper and we absolutely love sleeping on it. It is like sleeping on a cloud. We look forward to going to bed more than ever. We saved $$$ by not replacing our bed and that makes us sleep better too.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Healthy Foundations! From the originating phone call with questions, the order processing, an earlier-than-expected delivery, through an unfortunate need for a return when the mattress wasn't working out for my husband's back problem. Although I required a return from the master bedroom, I do have one in my guest room and there's never been a complaining guest. The beds are wonderful.

This company stands behind the product they sell and follow through with integrity even when it's not in their favor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend doing business with this company. They have excellent customer service and it's so rare to find these days!

Healthy Foundations:   I liked that there was no answer machine when we ordered, a nice gentleman answered the phone and took our order/information.   I liked the price verses the leading brands of the memory foam mattresses.  Plus the fact that we had read nothing but great reviews about this company.  Well we got our mattress the exact day as promised (ordered on tues. got it on thurs. morning---so GREAT).  It was like air vacuumed sealed, which was a good thing.  Wrapped in heavy plastic and in a heavy cardboard box.  This is good to prevent shipping damage.  First night of sleep was fabulous!  Thank you Healthy Foundations.  I think we made a very good investment!  Just wish we would have bought it sooner, because my husband has back problems, he says after sleeping on the healthy foundations mattress it in just one night, he felt better.  Thank you so much.

However, not only is your mattress extremely comfortable - not too soft, not too hard - but, since I've started sleeping on it, most of my morning aches and pains are gone - you know, the ones that I thought were just part of getting old. Seems excellent. Ordered on a Thursday and it arrived by UPS on Monday. The box was quite tattered but the mattress was flawless. Very comfortable, however I am finding it a bit warm. Just have to adjust the amount covers. I don't think it could have been done much better. It has a zippered cover so that it can be removed for washing. I have not been tossing and turning so much. I think it is a very good product and would recommend it and Healthy Choice very highly.

This is an amazing product and an amazing company to go with it.  The service was prompt and excellent.  I have had back problems for 3 years and have tried about half a dozen different beds - spending a fortune!  Finally, after sleeping long enough on the HealthyFoundations mattress my back is doing much much better.  Great mattress for a great price.  I highly recommend this bed.

After extensive research into memory foam mattresses, I ordered a queen size from Healthy Foundations in June 2007. This is the best purchase I have made in years. My husband has suffered from hip and shoulder pain for years, but sleeping on the new mattress has eliminated the pain. It has also made a difference in the quality of my sleep, it is much improved. We love the mattress and would unconditionally recommend it. My experience with the telephone order was great. The man answered all my questions and was very helpful. The mattress arrived ahead of projected delivery date.

We've had our Cal King Memory Foam Mattress and protector pad for over a year now and still can't wait to get into bed each night!  The mattress has shown absolutely no signs of wear and we are comfortable in all temperatures (even with the window open in Montana winters). The descriptions, narrative, and analysis appearing at the Healthy Foundations website convinced me to buy the 2 in. mattress topper, the Platinum Mattress pad protector, and a pillow as a special gift. Apparently all the advice on the website was good advice. The person who tried the gifts had degenerative discs and continuing pain in her lower back. After using the memory foam for a few days, she was ecstatic about her lack of pain and about how wonderful she felt each morning. She said, "It's like therapy while you're sleeping" and " I will never sleep on anything else" and "Every time I make my bed I just praise God...I have no pain while moving around (totally unlike before trying the memory foam). The delivery was timely and I would recommend the products on Healthy Foundations for anyone in need of a great night's sleep. The choice to purchase from Healthy Foundations was a fabulous choice.

I had been unable to get a 'good' nights sleep for years. I had tried premium brand mattresses, several versions of flotation mattresses and adjustable beds. In each case I would repeatable wake up with  back, hip and or shoulder pain.
When my husband told me that was purchasing a foam mattress for me I told him not to waste the money.  Thank God that he did not listen to me. Since the first night that I slept on your 13" foam mattress I have slept through the night and have not experienced the problems that have been mine for years.  I have already printed out your material and have recommended your product to others.

While during the long run the memory foam mattresses just didn't work out for me, I have never been as impressed with a company as I was with Healthy Foundations. Brian in Customer Service went above and beyond attempting to find a mattress that would work best for me.  When I finally decided that memory foam just wouldn't work for me (I have severe back pain after several hours in bed) Brian cheerfully and immediately refunded my money.  Shopping with Healthy Foundations is truly risk free, and reminds you of the days when the customer was always right. I'd heartily recommend them to anyone shopping for a foam-type mattress!

Well unfortunately for me the memory foam mattress didn't work for me. I believe it is a high quality mattress, but I suffer from MS and it was just to firm for me and didn't help relieve my pain at night. After trying the bed for awhile I realized this mattress wasn't going to work, so I contacted Brian and he explained how to do the return and once that was completed I received my refund. This is an excellent company and I would recommend doing business with them. They are honest and stand behind their products.

I have been in need of a new bed for years.  I was very Leary about buying a bed on-line.  I am so glad I ordered it, despite my fears.  I LOVE it.  The only challenge I have encountered so far is finding sheets to fit an attached topper.  The bed arrived in great condition only a few days after I ordered it.  I was able to position on my frame myself with on trouble at all.  It does take some adapting to the way the foam takes time to reform after movement.  I live in the Pacific Northwest and have my window open all winter so when it was 20F outside my bed was very stiff and comfortable I am concerned it may be soft this summer and hot to sleep in, but I am sure we will adapt to each other. If I outlive my Luxe 13" memory foam mattress I Know where to find another.

This is a review based on Healthy Foundation's customer service. I will submit another review on the product once I receive it and try it out for a few weeks.

I live in Canada and just purchased a mattress today. Currently, shipping is not available to Canada, but I had made arrangements to send it to a friend's place in Michigan. Without getting into too many details--Healthy Foundations went above and beyond to help accommodate me. I had a special set of circumstances and Chris and Brian really stepped up and came through for me. Chris was extremely courteous on the phone. I was told he would call me back after he figures out a solution for me. Their response time was great! 10 minutes later, I had purchased my new Healthy Foundations mattress!

Healthy Foundation is true to their "365 day Money Back Trial." I purchased a topper in January and returned it in June, without hassle. Of course, I was responsible for the return shipping, which is more than reasonable.

As a side note, there was nothing wrong with the Healthy Foundation topper. The topper did provide a more cushy/softer feel; however, my mattress was just too firm.

If you feel like you need just a little more cushion or want a melting into your bed feeling, I would recommend the topper, yet if your mattress is very firm the topper probably won't help relieve your pains/aches.
