Had to contact customer service through on-line chat because my packages was marked "Incorrect Address" from FedEx. Turned out it was an error on FedEx's side, not Happy Mother's. The customer service rep, Melissa, was very helpful and professional. She even followed this issue until my packages were delivered. The on-line chat format was excellent and I recommend to anyone needing to contact customer service. Shipping of my order was very quick. Had my order less than a week after I ordered it. Would recommend this company!
