I have orderd from Heartland several times in the past & will continue to shop there & order from them. My products have always been "as expected", products are "value priced" ... I had a problem with a "refurbished item" once & Heartland took care of the "problem" immediately & shipped out a replacement item even before I shipped the defective item to them! (evidenced by "postmarks) Heartlan is one of the best places I shop! (may even be THE BEST!!!!

I placed the order then realized I had enough betteries. I sent an e-mail to cancel the order. I received an e-mail stating they had received the cancel order. However, a few days later I received the first part of the order with the second part backordered. About 2 weeks later I received the rest of the order.

The item I purchased was in-stock, shipped on time and in good condition. Item was accurately depicted and as described. I encountered a problem, however, at check-out when trying to use a valid Heartland America (H.A.)coupon. There was no place at check-out to enter the coupon's number. I called customer service and the rep. verified there was no place at check-out to enter the coupon number. The rep. instructed me to email H.A. a description of the problem. Within 24 hrs. or less, I had an email order confirmation that included the coupon's value and the correct amount. The rep. was very helpful and resolved my issue with one phone call and one email from me. I would not hesitate to continue as a patron of H.A.
