Product arrived on time. However the size 10W boot was 1/2 inch narrower than other size 10W shoes/boots I have. Product is being returned for a refund.

These were outright purchases. There was no notice as to when these had been shipped. Knowing when they will arrive will reduce the time they are left unattended at my door.
Also, I have purchased other things on their auction site. I have noticed that when I refresh to screen or transfer from one screen to the other, the time is different ... sometimes adding time, sometimes subtracting.... making it difficult to know just exactly how much time is left before closing.

I placed the order then realized I had enough betteries. I sent an e-mail to cancel the order. I received an e-mail stating they had received the cancel order. However, a few days later I received the first part of the order with the second part backordered. About 2 weeks later I received the rest of the order.
