I placed a first time order with Herbspro.com because they had a good price on the item that I was looking for. Sometimes it really doesn't pay when you try to save money, because you end up loosing something even greater; like an adequate level of customer service! I placed my order on 7/2/08, never received a order confirmation, no shipping confirmation and they didn't respond to my emails. I tried calling the toll free number for customer service after it had been 6 days since I placed my order, but it was constantly busy. My customer account information shows that my order has not even shipped and to contact customer service; which I have not been able to do! Beware of this web site!!
Ordering from Herbspro was not a positive experience for me.It took them 10 days to ship my order. I called them 3 times to see when it was shipping as I was waiting for something and I was promised each time they would ship the next day. I was a given a different reason each time why it didn't go out. I finally called to cancel the order and after a long wait on the phone, I was told it had shipped- but that was not true! (discovered after checking out the UPS tracking info). It was both frustrating and disappointing ordering from them.

Accidentally ordered one item instead of two. Immediately emailed customer support after placing the order to ask if they could add another; completey ignored my email and only sent one.
Item was received quickly however, so can't complain there.
I thought the speed of delivery could have been faster than what it was.
Considering where the products were shipped from to where I live, the distance is relatively a short distance.
Will I order from them again? If what I ordered works, as anticipated, yes I will. Read more

I placed an order online and checked the status about a week later. Their tracking system showed it never shipped yet. I wrote them asking to cancel, and they said standard shipping was applied and I was given a tracking number- which also showed it was not shipped. The item finally came more then 2 weeks later, while up until that day the package status showed it wasn't shipped. Read more

I only ordered a single product -- unacceptably poor fulfillment, and no response to my email about the order.
I will pay more at another merchant that is reliable -- and, in my opnion, their shipping costs marketing is misleading!

The ordering process was great although I haven't received the shipment yet. I'm assuming shipping to Canada just takes time. I hope that is the case and that it hasn't been lost somewhere in the system. I'm assuming that express mail is not tracked in any way.
