The only problem was the expiration date on the Dacriose eye wash we ordered and received from Hocks.com. When ordering and purchasing it locally, it has been much fresher. The one from Hocks.com has an expiration much sooner than the others have typically had. We may make a purchase from Hocks.com in the future, but are less likely because of our concern over "freshness" of their inventory.

Web site was very user friendly. Appreciate the fact that the order is very easy to track. I've ordered twice from Hocks and each time the results have been excellent.
The Diabetic newsgroup has also said "Good Things" about Hocks.
