Was told one to two weeks for delivery and it has been over three weeks and have not received products yet. Could not track delivery online. Called customer Service and they could not tell me if the product shipped as it was a direct shippment from the manufacturer.

I placed my order on 6/6/07 I have received no tracking number, I spent over 45 minutes on hold on the phone only to be told it would ship tomorrow. Yeah right! I still have no tracking number on my account the only note is that it has been paid. I am very dissapointed with homeannex and wonder if I will ever receive my sink grid or if I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

After quoting a price which seemed in line with other vendors, the vendor emailed me and said that they quoted the wrong price and would need another $20 to ship the product. The item was in the $50 range to begin with so this was quite a jump. I cancelled the order and will not be doing business with this vendor in the future.

My chief grip was that there was no indication of whether the items were in stock or how long it would take to deliver at the point of sale. I assumed since nothing was mentioned that all items were in stock and delvery time would be normal. As it truns out there deivery times are not normal and I consider ther approach deceitful. I needed the products in two weeks, and later learned hiden in the terms of sale that it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Customer Service took 3 days to rely, and not once did they address the issue. This organization is clearly not customer oriented; I know; I work for a Fortune 500 company that is.

i was very surprised at how long my order took to ship -- after several days i still had received no notification that it had been shipped & contacted customer service to find out when/if (the website doesn't have a good feature to find out what is going on w/o contacting a person). customer service was quick to respond & i received my order when they said that i would.
HOWEVER, i need to return my order & requested the return label from the company on the day that i received the order in the mail. i'm still waiting (a week later!!!) to get it or verification that i will get it. apparently, this process takes between 10-15 days -- more than 24 hours seems WAY too long in my opinion.
i want to order something from the site to replace what i am returning, but am waiting to do so until i know that i can make this return.

The only aspect of this purchase that caused me any concern was that I was given the UPS shipment tracking informtion by email before UPS actually had posession of the shipment. Because of this, I was unable to see any progress on the shipment for the first day, but once UPS had the shipment in their posession (the next day) I was able to follow its progress to delivery as promised. Very satisfied.
