Poor customer service and communication, Products not delivered as and when promised.

DO NOT ORDER from here! Disorganized customer service. Long phone waits. Incorrect and incosistant information among reps. Ordered appliances and told 2-3 weeks. Took 2 months. Lots of phone calls to get correct information. Watch shipping. Rep did not tell us that the delivery company they use will only drop it off the truck. The item is 400#. How is the customer to manage it into the house. Terrible to find out that on delivery day instead of when I placed order. Would never buy from them again! Too many other companies that had the same price on my items with benefits such as offer reliability, honesty, and customer service.

Previously I wrote an Epinion on this store after I ordered an expensive range/oven combo through Homeclick. We ordered on 5/23/05 and the rep told us that it would be sent within 5 working days. After 1 month I learned that Homeclick has about the worst customer service I have seen. They took our money(over $7,000.00)) and still have not delivered the range. We were left on our own to deal with the shipper they hired. Their shipper advised that the range was LOST and we should go back to Homeclick. NO RESPONSE FROM THEM! It has now been 9 weeks and the range is lost and we are going to have to fight it out with shipper and Homeclick to resolve.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is purely a roulette spin with Homeclick. You may be lucky as many reviewers have documented and item is shipped as promised. Alternately, you may be unlucky as we are and slip in to the black hole of non existent customer support.WE WILL NEVER GAMBLE ON THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Homeclick.com gets an F for service, and responsive to the needs of their customers.

I recently order two 20pc Neiko Holiday Flatware sets, each a service for four. One order arrived without problem in it's original Neiko box looking like a new item, which is what I ordered. The other set arrived without the original box and tied together with rubber bands, looking anything but new. The problem was compounded by the fact that this two items were to be a Christmas gift, and absolutely could not be given this way. I was told by a HomeClick agent (Aston) that I could return the missing box flatware but would need to pay a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Their premise was that the item was not damaged and therefor my responsibility. I explained, of course that I ordered two new items and did not receive what I ordered. I payed for two new flatware sets and not one new and one used but to no avail. HomeClick.Com offered to send me a plain brown box to use as a gift box for the flatware. I politely refused their offer.

I got scammed by Homeclick.com.
Shortly after purchasing from Homeclick.com these charges started appearing monthly on my Credit Card statements
WLI*SHOPPERDISCOUNT , 800-889-8776 , CT $10.00
I found out that Homeclick.com gave my credit card information to an outfit called Webloyalty.com.
This happened during Homeclick.com's check out process.
A popup window appears that says something like this.."Click here to save $10 on you next purchase". What they do not tell you is that when you click on it your credit card info is automatically forwarded to Scam partner Webloyalty.com and enrolled in some discount program where you get charged $10 monthly unless you cancel after 30 days.
Homeclick.com gets a piece of the pie from this scam.
Check your credit card statements. I had to cancel my credit card as a result. Do not shop at scam site Homeclick.com.

I HATE THAT HOMECLICK!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOME CLICK!!! If you need your item delivered in reasonable time, forget it. I ordered 16 days ago, it took me a few days to get hold of them (they do not answer emails) to learn that my stuff won't be received from their warehouse for another couple of weeks. They would have to ship it to me then, which is probably another week. Total is a month and a week for a present I was going to take with me half the way around the world. Now I will have to ship it when I come back. Was the reasonable price worth it? Hope I saved some trouble for somebody else!

Stay away from this store if you want prompt shipment or service.
I have ordered an item that I needed to receive before a certain date only to be told that the item is shipped from the manufacturers warehouse and the only shipping option is ground shipping. It was impossible to figure out if the item has shipped already or not, but it's impossible to cancel an order if the item has shipped. The customer service is useless since they claim not to have any information. Finally the item was shipped later than they have promised and did not arrive on time.
Not a happy epxericence.

I had a problem with missing peices from a previous order. I called and they handled it quickly and easily for me. I reordered a new item and received it in days and they sent someone to pick up the product with missing items. I am waiting on a credit for this item, but other than that I am very satisfied with how they handled my problem.

HomeClick.com Nightmare

Dealing with HomeClick.com has been a nightmare. Ordered an item and then cancelled our order within 15 minutes of placing it. 2 days later HomeClick.com advised they would not accept the cancellation because they claimed the product had already shipped. This is strange since the order was placed and cancelled on a weekend and I doubt anything was being shipped on a Saturday afternoon. More interesting is their claim that they couldn't cancel the order on the weekend because no one was working. Lastly, they said we could ship it back if we paid return freight plus a 25% shipping charge. Our solution is to refuse the shipment and alert our card issuer of the dispute. Would not recommend this operation to anyone.

I have been waiting for 8 1/2 weeks to have some dishes delivered that were ordered from chefscorner.com. The customer service I called connected me to a HomeClick customer service. In reading the reviews from both companies, I'm not surprised that they have the same terrible service. I've called customer service 5 times and have emailed 7 times. I'm still waiting for product delivery
I've done some research and found that Home Decor is the parent company. I will never again do business with any company under Home Decor. My emails have also gone to homedecorproducts with no results.
Avoid a headache and don't be sucked in by the prices. I'm joining the others who say these companies have a scam going-charge the credit card company before shipment; never ship the product. As of this evening, my credit card is joining my efforts to get the order delivered. Maybe if others file a dispute with their credit card companies, these businesses will be forced to improve services.

They have always been a good company to work with. I was very surprise of the news that they were closing. I had a monessen fireplace on order from last week. Since they refunded all orders I went and ordered it from http://www.ibuywoodstoves.com and they shipped it 2 days later.

I was so excited to get a good deal... I've been burned by "low internet prices" before, so i called and spoke to a real person. I was assured there weren't any hidden fees, that the merchandise wasn't refurbished, and I was willing to wait the 4-6 weeks (despite the fact that the toilet I wanted was "in stock" just one day prior to my ordering it). 6 weeks later... nothing. No contact, nothing. I called and they couldn't locate the warehouse manager to find out even if my order had shipped. They couldn't give me any estimates if it would ship or not. This, despite the fact that they charged my credit card when I placed the order. Since I wouldn't hand over $3,000 to a stranger without getting anything, I cancelled my order. Perhaps they do a good job if they actually ship your item, but if it's not in stock, find another retailer.

No after-sale customer service support

I purchased a Kohler toilet from Homeclick.com in October. The toilet was missing a part and the seat was cracked. I left numerous voice mails and e-mails to their customer service over the past two months and never received a reply. In the end I had to go to Kohler directly and they shipped me the missing part for free.
If you are considering a purchase I strongly urge going elsewhere.

Three days after placing a $177.95 order for Henckel Steak Knives, supposedly 'in stock' and my credit card billed, there is no order history. Website states Henckels ships within 10 - 14 days. Why would it take 10 - 14 days to ship an item 'in stock'??
These people are scammers!! I'm certian I am screwed!!

Beware, description of items are not clear. The pictures on website don't match the items you think you are ordering. We called Customer Service, they are aware of the issue but they would not refund the total amount, we were still subject to a 25% restocking fee. After 8 weeks we have received only a portion of the refund.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Customer service is only polite when taking your money/order. If you need to do a return, you get the cold shoulder and an e-mail with instructions- that's it. I called AND e-mailed Homeclick for further help, because there was an inaccuracy in their product search description, and I didn't feel it was fair to charge a re-stocking fee plus ALL shipping on the order. No response at all! I'm out almost $80, and stuck with the product.

I was worried about a previous negative feedback on a toilet purchase, but with the minimal negative FBs and the great price, Idecided to give it a try. I ordered a 2 piece toilet and seat on-line on a Sat. and it all arrived following Fri. Excellent packaging. I'm very pleased with PRICE, SERVICE and DELIVERY!
