THERE WAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES.
THEY OFFERED NO HELP GETTING WHAT I NEEDED.
THEY TOOK MY MONEY.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a shower system, it did not come complete. I contacted them for the missing pieces. They responded in three days to confirm what was missing. They then informed me after another three days that, "We are not responsible for any damages or defects." They suggested I contact the manufacturer directly for assistance and apologized for any inconvenience.

It's interesting to me that there are three reviews on the same day from someone called Homeclick shopper. Interesting... this wouldn't happen to be Homeclick.com itself trying to boost up its review ratings? It's also interesting that Epinions only allows one review for a company per registered user. What if one makes numerous purchases?
Anyway: bottom line. Do NOT shop at Homeclick.com. That's my advice to anyone thinking of doing so. You place your order and then go through hell trying to either get your merchandise (after the company already takes your money), or you end up with defective merchandise and can't get customer service to resolve it. If I'm not mistaken, the company has changed its name a few times. When a price is too good to be true, it probably is. They could very well be selling refurbished items.

In a word they are "horrible". Ordered a tub that was supposedly in stock. They charged my credit card immediately. Six weeks later and no tub. Also no response to when it would be delivered. Cancelled order. No refund after an additional 4 weeks and they are saying that I'll have to pay a restocking fee for something never delivered.

I have had no end of problems with orders from HomeClick. Whatever money I might have saved in buying plumbing fixtures from them was more than overcome by the amount of time my architect had to spend straightening out the order that they failed to completely deliver. And then, to make matters worse, some of the fixtures were damaged. It's been several weeks since I raised this matter with their difficult-to-reach "customer service" department and I still have no resolution on when they will replace the damaged merchandise.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMECLICK. THEIR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES ARE UNREASONABLE AND NON-COMPETITIVE. If you have a problem with your order, it is impossible to get a response from their non-existent customer service department. Ordered a bowl in the wrong color by mistake, wanted to make an exchange. Felt that a 12.5% restocking fee, in addition to shipping costs for return and for new order, all added up to an unreasonable penalty. Other sites offering the same product don't have restocking fees.

If you use Homeclick.com, be sure you get it right the first time. I ordered a product, but when I called to make a color change (shortly after I sent the online order), I was told that I had to wait 2-3 days to see if they could cancel my order and then I would have to reorder. In other words, the shipping people may not get the notice to cancel for 2-3 days. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told no one could talk to me. When I asked for the name of someone I could write or call, I was told there was no one. I have no complaints about their products, but their customer service is terrible.

We ordered a Toto toilet that came in two separate boxes. Although the outside packaging was OK, when we opened the original box of the toilet bowl from Toto, it was obvious from the box that the bowl had been broken, because the box was crushed and bent in places. Instead of checking and replacing the bad merchandise, they packaged it up and sent it to us. When I asked to have a shipping slip sent to me for pickup so that I could return the broken merchandise for a replacement, I was told to dispose of it myself. I told them that: 1. my city charges $35.00 for a pickup 2. the box is already packed and ready to be shipped 3. the box itself weighs over 65 pounds ( and I am only five feet tall), and 4.I would have to call the city, unpack the box and drag it outside piece by piece. They were totally unresponsive, and unwilling to be helpful. Be very careful if you order from HomeClick.com. Customer Service is not helpful. Although they had the lowest price, it was obvious that customer care and service it not a concern of their business.

Everyone in customer service bent over backward to help me. They were ALL very understanding, very patient and always courteous, despite my frequent, frantic calls.

In spite of availability misinformation from the manufacturer, they were able to get the item shipped to me in time for the contractor to install it without delaying the job!

Homeclick has an extensive product selection at competitive prices. Product information could be a little more comprehensive for some products, but overall is superb.

I highly recommend shopping at Homeclick!

I ordered a washer on a Friday night. Somehow my account was charged twice. There is no customer service over the weekends or in the evenings. I did not pay attention to this when ordering. This initially led to a bit of stress. The problem was corrected on Monday and my washer was delivered in an amazing 5 days to my home. I would most definitely recommend this store, but would recommend you not order over the weekend or after 5 weekdays for big ticket items unless you have talked with a representative. I do feel I got a great price and a quality item!

Stay away from this company. The merchant immediately charged my credit card and one week later has not even bothered to confirm my order. I called customer service last week and was promised a tracking number later that day. Nothing. This was a $2,000.00 purchase. Thank goodness I used my Amex card. I called Amex to cancel the charge as fraudulent. This company has failed in every way.

Do not shop with these people. They are unresponsive and unreasonable. I ordered a kitchen sink and drain for which they charged my credit card immediately, However they kept delaying delivery of the sink for many weeks and finally stopped even promising if or when they could deliver it. When I sought to cancel the order they were evasive and said they would consider it. They finally agreed to a refund. But in the meantime they sent the drain which I did not need since they did not send the sink. They refused to accept the return of the drain, which was not even unpacked by me. Avoid this company!

Ordered a simple coffee mug from HomeClick.com. They charged my credit card three weeks before it shipped. Today, 8/10, says it shipped, still don't have it. They only shipped it after I disputed the charge on my credit card. Don't do business with this company. They don't have any items in stock. They get it from another company.

Nightmare! Confirmation order is shipping in 3 to 5 days. Only part of order shows up. Hour on line to get a person who is taking messages for cust serv! Sent email with 3 specific questions. Answer had nothing to do with questions. Next email references info on two items using same part number for both! Receive email that part of shipment delayed a month. Which item?? Another hour waiting to get a person who works with vendors, helping customer service out. Will call me back same day. I had to call her next day.(she gave me her ext #). Now balance of order coming in two days!! Had a defective part. Begged mfg to replace so I wouldn't have to go through Homeclick again. They did! This is only a subset of the nightmare that began 1/9 with placing the order and ended on 1/26 with the final shipment. Last, at one point I called the main number and left a voice mail asking for a supervisor or manager to call. Never heard from anyone.
They should fire the management. They obviously have never heard of quality customer service.

i've ordered several things from homeclick over the last 5 years (3 toilets, 2 bathroom sinks and faucets, shower plumbing, a bathtub, a dishwasher) and have always had good service and a positive experience with them.  except for the dishwasher, i didn't have any sort of urgency about the time frame for delivery, so a few days here or there was not a problem.  for the toilets, they sent the wrong tanks and replaced them with the correct ones within a week or so. 

also, i work from home, so being here to meet delivery folks is not a problem.  most everything but the faucets/shower stuff was delivered via freight and they call you for a delivery appointment anyway.

oh, and their prices are great.  i will keep ordering from them; sorry other folks are having such an awful time with them.

We ordered a towel warmer with "satin nickle" finish and received a towel warmer that was painted. We returned the item and purchased a chrome version (which we verified was actually chrome!). However, HomeClick charged us a restocking fee even though we made the case that the description was misleading and we did purchase the towel warmer in a different finish. Bad form!

These items showed up on the website as being 10% off during a sale weekend. However, when I received my confirmation email, the discount was not applied. Even after I called in, Customer Service "explained" that my products were on the "exclusions list," which is completely false because I ordered the brand Kate Spade and that was not on the list. After further research, Customer Service told me that Kate Spade is a private label for Lenox, which IS on the exclusion list for the sale. The unfair part is that NO WHERE on the website does it indicate that Kate Spade is part of Lenox, and that it should be excluded. They should honor their posted prices and be more careful about their exclusions. Customer Service was not very polite about it either. I wish other customers good luck with dealing with them. I have shopped with them before and not had this terrible service.

They had an excellent variety of Lenox products at very low prices. I received two emails, one confirming my purchase and another providing the tracking information. They accepted PayPal, which I like to use online. Delivery time was less than a week. The only negative for me was the packing of the bowls in the interior box. Although they arrived safely, there was quite a bit of space for the china to shift around. This was my first expereience with Home Click, and I would definitely use them again.

I have purchased Reed & Barton Silver from HomeClick for the last approximately 4 years. This year, the prices have gone up significantly, and when I received my place setting, it came in a padded bag! This is so unacceptable. I can't believe someone would ship fine silverware in a bag! I was so disappointed. It has always, in the past, been shipped in a box, heavily padded. I am still awaiting the second portion of my order (two silver serving pieces). I will call HomeClick customer service to air my concerns once that shipment is received. I'm a disappointed loyal customer.

I ordered on a weekend due to an on-line sale that was ending Sunday night. I had no way of finding out if the items were in stock. I received an email notification they would take up to 5 weeks for delivery. I cancelled the order.
