Overall, it was a quick, efficient shopping experience.
Regarding the customer service, though the people I dealt with were pleasant, they were unable to cancel my initial order within 4 1/2 hours of placing it, which leaves me with an extra toilet (Toto Drake) that I need to return at my own expense, which I find unacceptable.
I find it hard to believe my initial order could not be cancelled, since the customer service representative told me the cancellation was made and I would receive a confirmation in the morning. What I received instead was an apology for not being able to cancel it, and instructions on how to contact customer service to request a return authorization.
The return authorization should have been automatic, and I should have been told to refuse delivery without being charged a restocking fee.
I would like to receive prepaid UPS return labels (two parcels: tank and bowl) to ship this toilet back for the same shipping I was charged ($0.00).
I am very pleased with the Toto Dalton toilet that was ordered after I cancelled the first, and I would like to purchase another, but I first have to get the Drake back to you.

Homeclick shipped the bulky laundry pedestals to my billing address in New Jersey instead of to the shipping address in Rhode Island, and they have not replied to my email alerting them five days ago to this shipping error and asking for a prepaid reshipping label.

I am still awaiting delivery of the china I ordered. The website had indicated the pieces were IN STOCK and supposedly ready to ship with a shipping time of 5-7 days, so I expected the items by now. When I called HomeClick.com this morning, I was told "sometimes the vendors are slower" and "the latest shipping date we have is Nov.6th so it might take 7 days later than that". So now I am waiting. I think HomeClick should indicate clearly that such a delay is likely or possible, especially when ordering items that are fairly expensive ($243). They also do not indicate how to track orders and shipments as clearly as many other website vendors. At this point, I might not order anything further from them.

Call me crazy, but I wanted a bold polka dot shower curtain and was having a very hard time finding it at the typical linen stores. After a brief search I came upon it at HomeClick.com. It is very cool. It came basically on time and I am delighted!!!!!!!! My girls love it too.

The product I ordered was eventually (six months later) determined to be not just backordered but not available. It took some time to try and cancel the order but eventually after some emails and a long online chat session, and waiting a couple more weeks, everything was cancelled and my money refunded. The customer service was great, everything just took a long time.

I looked for these plates as a gift in my hometown but was not able to find them. I found them on HomeClick.com at a very good price and the quantity that I needed. They "arrived alive" to the giftee's house...she was thrilled with them as they are hard to find.
