I have recently been on a huge home remodel kick, and for most of that I have been using showrooms and local stores. They have done a good job, but they are expensive and hard to get to, especially with their hours. I found homeclick.com recently and they were a life saver. I can buy the same high quality items, usually at a much lower price, and its online so I dont have to take time off of work. My house is going to look much better after finding homeclick, I have been able to buy items that I wasn't going to before.

We purchased a bathtub! The price was great. There were a few communication glitches as I called to track shipping and an issue after we received the tub was quickly and very well handled. Great customer service!

They don't tell the truth. Homeclick site says 2 to 3 day leadtime on a Toto toilet. They delivered the bowl (bottom part of a two piece toilet), at about two weeks, but not the tank... After a month, still only half a Toto. Customer service is a voicemail or email that may get answered someday.
Despite poor delivery, HomeClick was extremely quick to bill the charge card!
This is my last experience with HomeClick. I need a store that delivers.

After hearing about homeclick day in and day out from one of my co workers, I decided to finally check it out when I was in the process of remodeling my house. I knew what I wanted which made shopping at homeclick.com a breeze. I ordered a tub, toilet, and sink and received free shipping. I am glad that I shopped online.

I found the porcher sink of my dreams at homeclick.com I was at the local supplier and they showed me this sink, but then they showed me the price. I was determined to find the sink at a price I could afford...so I turned to the internet. Right away I found homeclick.com (from shopping.com) and they had it. The price was a few hundred less then the supplier and I got it in the same amount of time. I really appreciate the service I received from homeclick, and also the prices. I highly reccomend this company!

I ordered and item and heard nothing for a couple of weeks. I finally called and was told the item was on backorder and they could not tell me when it might be in stock. I told them to cancel the order.

Two MONTHS later it arrived. Since I had gotten the item elsewhere (for less I might add) I did not need it. I called their customer service number and was told that I had to pay to send back their mistake and since I had no written proof that I did cancel the order (the person on the phone never mentioned that this would be needed, great service!) I had to pay them a restocking fee.

I appealed by email but they take days to reply.

I strongly suggest you not deal with these people.

Do not shop here!!! I ordered a product from this site and I was told that I would receive it in 4 to 7 business days. Two weeks later I called them back and they told me that it was slated to be shipped within the next 3 days. Please note that no one contacted me and told me that my shipping would be delayed.

To add insult to injury they didn't credit my account, allow me to cancel without it being classified as a return, or give me any discounts for the lack of quality service. If you are going to shop somewhere, shop at a site where they appreciate your business and make convenience a priority.

Not to mention the customer service representative informed me that this was a regular occurrence.

I purchased a faucet from homeclick.com beacuse of the price. It was from porcher and my interior decorator, even with her discount, could not get the price that homeclick offered on the website. that made my decision easy, and I am very impressed. I had it in the same amount of time that my interior decorator was getting itin. infact, my interior decorator now uses homeclick for many of her other clients, as she is very impressed with the pricing. The selection is fantasic as well. I highlyr eccomend this website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I typically do not write reviews about retailers. This company is horrible. They represent themselves as an honest business, but it is not true. They state on their site that a product was 'in stock' however, 4 weeks later they are saying it will be another 2-3 weeks before the product is shipped.

I received no e-mail confirmation, it took over 1 week to receive a return e-mail on my status request, and the telephone customer service is horrible.

Find another retailer or BEWARE...

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. At first I thought the negative reviews could be just a fluke, but their customer service is terrible. I've been trying to get confirmation of my order, but this has never happened. They also charged my credit card and still no word of when order would be shipped. I e-mailed twice for confirmation of order but never heard from them. I then sent an online request to cancel my order. Still no word.

I ordered the Deeco Patio Product cast iron Chiminea. When you assemble this, the last piece to go on is the gate. Both tabs that hang the gate were broken. I called Homeclick, they sent a call tag to return the gate. After I did I got a call saying they can't replace the gate; they want us to take the whole thing apart and send it back. We then had to find and buy a box big enough to hold this 75lb, 21 in. x 55 in. monster. The customer service department was no help. After going back & forth without help I was put in contact with the supervisor Cheryl. She gave me her direct line but didn't return 3 of my phone calls. We sent it back and asked for a refund. They received it on 8/8/06 and said the refund would be in 7-10 business days. It's now 9/2/06 and we still haven't received our refund or heard anything back from our e-mails and phone calls.

Very satisfied - received merchandise in a very timely manner, it was priced lower than I could have purchased locally, even with the shipping charge. Would definitely shop here again.

Refurbishing Two homes, have purchased from home click bath tubs, kitchen sinks, toilets, faucets (so many), bathroom sinks, coffee makers (Christmas gifts), lamps (many-many), mirrors, etc. All but my last two orders went smoothly and quickly. One order placed before Thanksgiving is FINALLY in transit. Two items ordered before Christmas are 1-2 days and 2-3 weeks delay. When I use the on-line query system, I get no response on their status. Still I really can't complain, a tub purchased has a list price of 1200. Home depot had it for about 1000. Home click had it for 850, minus 10% no tax, no shipping cost. So home click cost 765 vs Home Depot 1070. Had to wait a week for shipping, but home Depot told me 2-3 weeks delivery wait. Now here's the kicker, the tub was shipped from a Home Depot Warehouse. So the bottom line is that Home Click has great merchandise and it is certainly worth the wait and poor customer service to purchase items at their prices. Happy NY and good luck to all. . .

Good prices and good selection for bathroom fixtures. I bought some GINGER towel bars and they were 40% off MSRP (no tax), whereas my local plumbing store could only offer me 25% off plus tax! Shipping was free and fast, came FEDEX Ground and they always emailed me a notice before shipping the item. They are much better than homeannex.com which is a similar online store. Customer service is pretty good, and will always call you back if you leave your phone number. I would order from them again

decisions decision decision. Shopping at homeclick.com was one less decision that I had to make. It seemed to be a no brainer to me, and I am glad it wasn't. I heard about homeclick.com from my neighbor who had just finished remodeling his house. He used homeclick for many of his purchases, mainly because it was cheaper than the local stores. He encouraged me to check them out, and I finally did when I was remodeling my kitchen. I ended up purchasing everything from them, appliances, sinks, faucets, the works! I had great luck with them, the items came when expected, without damage, and the prices were great. They have a great selection of products, really I encourage everyone to take a look at this website.
