I would never shop there again.

While Homeclick.com has great prices, they have a terrible cancellation policy. The website states that "orders may be canceled prior to shipping." I checked my order status, and my sink had not yet shipped. I ordered it on 9/30 and the stated ship date was 11/4. On 10/4, I called to cancel the order. I was told that it was too late and the order already went out. After several emails and voice mails, my only option was to accept the order, pay the freight back (about $80) and then lose a 25% restock fee. They need to either stick by their stated cancellation policy or update customer order status pages. It was a truly frustrating experience. I would never shop there again.

Homeclick.com was a very easy company to work with. Upon shipment of my item, they sent me a FedEx tracking number, which I monitored. I noticed that my item was considered "delivered", but I had not received it, so I called them to let them know. They sent me out a new one immediately, and it arrived shortly after that. I would not hesitate to shop with homeclick.com again in the near future.

Deplorable, predatory, misleading (at the very least)

I made a purchase in Nov 08. Nov and Dec 08 I checked the status: Garlic Press pending (or somerhing like that. BY Jan 09 I had recv three out of the four items purchased.Homeclick webpage said that the item was pending. I sent anhttp://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/homeclick.html#3 more emails after each time checking to see that my garlic press was on back order (or something like that). Then I learn they filed chapter 7 . How do I receive the refund of 39.95 I requested in March09? Never shop at this store!
My order was had status of "waiting for shipping" for a month. The store never responded to any of my e-mails. The only one they responded to was when I asked to cancel my order. One of the items was a gift for my mother. Horrible experience. I guess they are doing so well, that they are not interested in any more customers.

I ordered a Wallace Silversmiths, Christmas music box in November. The web site indicated that the item would ship in 2-3 weeks. As this was to be a Christmas gift, that left ample time to arrive. Several days before Christmas, the order had still not arrived, so I sent an e-mail to the "customer service" link in the order confirmation inquiring as to the status of my order. I received no reply. It is now January, 6 weeks later. My credit card shows a charge for the music box, but it still hasn't arrived. I sent another e-mail inquiry. I finally received a reply to the first e-mail that I sent weeks ago with a terse response that the status of my order will be "investigated". Marvelous. Be assured that I will never do business with HOMECLICK.COM again.

Homeclick.com has done a great job keeping me satisifed with my orders. I have placed a few with them, as they have great prices, and I have been doing work on my house. I was hesitant to buy things such as toilets and tubs online, but with free shipping I thought I had to try this. They shipped everything in a timly manor, and told me if things were out of stock and how long they anticipated it would take. I plan on using them again, and have told everyone about homeclick.com

I found HomeClick to order some replacement pieces of my Onieda stainless silverware. The order was placed in mid June and over 10 weeks later I still do not have the merchandise. I'm starting to think I got scammed. Customer service only offers "the vendor will ship it" but the original shipping date was over 5 weeks ago. I would not recommend this site.

They truly have great prices. I shopped around for 2 weeks and I saved over $500 by buying through them. Delivery time was as expected, other people that wrote reviews don't realize that homeclick.com sell specialty items that most of the time is not an off-shelf item like buying a DVD player so I cannot complain about the delivery time. Customer support was great and my sales person was one of the few people from all the companies that I requested quotes that actually followed up, so I would recommend Mindy to anyone that wants to put an order through. Regarding tech. info that is the only thing they lack, they don't know much about the products but if you are a smart shopper and you already got the information from somewhere else your best bet is to just go to homeclick.com to put the order.

I searched for somewhere in internet land to ream this company a new one for the most horrific atrocious buying experience I have ever had. I have never posted about a company other than giving all positives on ebay upon buying stuff online. This one takes the cake. 6 weeks now and I still have not received my product although they have taken my money including the ridiculous shipping price for a product that weighs about as much as their intelligence. Called today, and drum roll please.....yep right along line with every other review on this website, BACKORDERED STILL. shocker! Hot tip jerks, you cant blame it on your vendor when I am buying from YOUR WEBSITE. My money went to you, I dont give a rats behind about your vendor. Order a DANSK bull and bear. All the order was charged to my credit card
same day. The bull arrived 2 month latter, phoned for the bear, ask me to
be patient (after 8 weeks).
Four month latter called again to see where was my order and told me that
product was discontinued and gave me a credit to my expired credit card.
After 4 month I don't have neither bear, nor my money.
Off course, I won't buy any more from this company, and recommend to do the
same. Don't even think about it!!!!

HomeClick appears to be a middleman, and as such if you must return a product, it usually has to be sent to the manufacturer or original supplier. This can cause problems.
I tried for a month to return a faulty and dangerous (gas leaking) wall furnace and all I got was a runaround. E-mails were not answered, and each day on the phone (about 10 calls) I was promised that I would receive a return authorization number today or by the latest the next day.
Finally, they refused to take the $700 or so product back unless I hired a plumber to inspect the product.
Next time, I go to a reputable supplier from the start.

The merchant was fine. Your survey however isn't. Question 4 states "if you NEEDED to contact the merchant" since I didn't need to none of the answers applies and yet the survey wouldn't let me submit without answering that question.

Had difficulty getting on of my orders cancelled, even though it had not been shipped. Also recieved inconsistent explanations from various representatives. Had some problems with the final leg of the shipping, however it was of no fault on behalf of HomeClick.

Item ordered was gift for Valentine's day. It was shipped to the recipient and arrived well in time.
The price was lower than department stores and included a free bowl. It doesn't get any better than this.
