I was disappointed that HomeClikc couldn't track the order and that it took so long to arrive. I've used other internet providers and it rarely takes this long to receive an item. Once received, the item had NO directions for installation and no warrantee documents. I'd like to receive the warrantee documents soon please.

Excellent service and the delivery was very fast and the products were delivered to our garage by the Yellow Freight people. I assumed it would be 2-3 weeks before the toilets-Toto- would be delivered and they were here within a week.

The shopping experience at HomeClick.com was smooth and simple. My only complaint was that I wasn't given an option to have the old refrigerator removed and have the new one installed. All they did was drop it off (the driver even needed help from my boyfriend to bring it into the house) and didn't open the box to check for any damages or install it.
