I ordered an upright freezer on October 26.  The listing showed the item was "IN STOCK".  I waited a couple weeks for the shipping notice but received none. I sent an e-mail to the company on November 10th the response stated the item wouldn't be in stock until late December and would ship five days later.  I sent another e-mail to Home Everything on November 16th to get this verified and I received it would be available in December.  I checked several of Home Everythings sites and everyone said the item was "IN STOCK" which is fradulent.  I also found while searching, a lower price and requested Home Everything match or beat the price as is stated on their web page. I made this request twice.  They did not respond.  On December 4th I received an e-mail canceling my order because this item was discontinued.  I was extremely patient with this company.  I would not trust or deal with a company that treats its customers rudely by not responding, holding you on the hook for over a month, and not representing itself well.

the only company which had everything I wanted was HomeEverything. went through each item on my list but SHOW some alternative less expensive with better quality, and so added a couple of items. items were in stock, were brand new with 5 year warranties!

impressed with the professionalism and pace at which my order was processed with this online site. ordered a washer and dryer on the 10th of Nov and received it on the 16th of Nov which was so fast and unexpected but a pleasant surprise. everything was as described and more. Good Work!!

This seller is not honest with my order status. There is no delivery in sight as of today. It will ruin my Thanksgiving  for sure.  If you don't have it in stock, do not take my order!!  My experience begs the question: where are all these "good" reviews from?   Furthermore, this web site has several other names such as shopsunshine.com and Sunshine Electronics.  Interestingly, the reviews on that site, according to reseller ratings, are not nearly as good.  I also contacted the Better Business Bureau  about them. They have no record of this site. But they do have records for the other names, which are very disturbing, to say the least.  I would like Epinions to look into this  web site and see if other users have similar experiences.

I live in Seattle and Home Everything had the best price by more than $200 and included free shipping.  I read the other negative reviews and in my case didn't hold true.

Emailed their customer service and had a real reply within 12 hrs.  Only wanted to know the ship date.  LG refer arrived as scheduled in perfect condition.  Only caveat is UPS freight wouldn't cart it down the stairs that lead to my house.  Otherwise excellent.
