I almost canceled my order after reading the negative reviews above.
I called up and spoke to a salesman who assured me that they "are a 5 star company" and to trust them.

I did and he was correct.
My Weber grill came yesterday without blemish.
The guy was even nice enough to wheel it upstairs and deliver it right to my patio.

The salesman was right - they are a 5 star company.
I'll be using them again!

When I placed the order online, the item was noted to be in stock, and the transaction went through smoothly as the order confirmation email that I received from them. Order placed on Thursday October 29th. Order shipped on Friday, the 30th of October and received the item on the 3rd of November.
