I placed an order on 6/30 for a Bosch Refrigerator...14 days later they send an email telling the product was discontinued and could not deliver. Meantime I lost a chance to buy another Bosch product and have the rebate. Further they didn't call or didn't give excuse why took them 2 weeks to inform there were out of stock or discontinued.

I don't recommend this company.... very poor customer assistance!!

This seller is not honest with my order status. There is no delivery in sight as of today. It will ruin my Thanksgiving  for sure.  If you don't have it in stock, do not take my order!!  My experience begs the question: where are all these "good" reviews from?   Furthermore, this web site has several other names such as shopsunshine.com and Sunshine Electronics.  Interestingly, the reviews on that site, according to reseller ratings, are not nearly as good.  I also contacted the Better Business Bureau  about them. They have no record of this site. But they do have records for the other names, which are very disturbing, to say the least.  I would like Epinions to look into this  web site and see if other users have similar experiences.

I live in Seattle and Home Everything had the best price by more than $200 and included free shipping.  I read the other negative reviews and in my case didn't hold true.

Emailed their customer service and had a real reply within 12 hrs.  Only wanted to know the ship date.  LG refer arrived as scheduled in perfect condition.  Only caveat is UPS freight wouldn't cart it down the stairs that lead to my house.  Otherwise excellent.

I am very disappointment with the information provided by Home Everything.  I ordered a washing machine. The website states there is free delivery.  No where in the order process was I given the option for in home delivery or installation.  Since this was not an option, nor additional cost asked for, I assumed that this would be included with my free delivery.  My washing machine is now sitting out in my garage and not in my house because this information was not made known to me.  I would have paid an extra fee to have an in home delivery.  This should have been very apparent in the ordering process that this was not available in my location.  I would not have ordered this appliance if I had known.  What am I supposed to do with a 300 lb washing machine that is not in my house?  This is very poor customer service and I will never order from Home Everything again. 

HE is one of those companies that do everything so well that they've basically set the standard by which other companies should be compared. To begin with, HE's stock is quite extensive so I never have to purchase a portable dishwasher elsewhere. Not only their prices were lowest but great option for billing payment like eBillme is the most secure way to pay cash online because banking passwords making it one of the best ways to protect myself against fraud and identity theft and as an authorized dealer, dishwasher came with the full manufactures warranty. I could not have been happier! The price was as advertised.  It was delivered within a few days, when and how they said it would be.  I needed and inside, 2 flight walkup delivery and got it without a problem and at a reasonable price. There was a minor paperwork problem at the start that they corrected in 5 minutes.  The appliance needed an adjustment, the manufacturer wasn't cooperative, and the people at HomeEverything facilitated it quickly.

I called company about their "Matching Price" Guarantee for a product. I gave them the product name, company, price, shipping/handling and delivery date which they needed to guarantee the "Matching Price". Customer service rep had to ask the manager if they would match the price. There was a $149.00 price difference. The manager said," We are unable to get the product from the company". Funny thing is the company that I purchased it from, gets the same product from the same warehouse, so I purchased it from the other company. I have a feeling they said that because they didn't want to match the price from the other company. They lost a sale. Shabby company

Was hesitant about buying a refrigerator from an unknown online vendor but they had a great price. The experience with home everything wasn't smooth sailing - refrigerator was shipped and received later than promised, (visions of thanksgiving with no fridge!), got conflicting explanations from customer service whether it had shipped or not, conflicting e mails who it shipped with and I paid for in-home delivery but it was sent UPS freight which doesn't do that service. (to boot ups called to say they lost it). They charged my credit card as soon as i place the order although i was told that wouldn't happen till it shipped.  It was a nail-biter of a ride and I was concerned there would be an issue with the fridge once we got it but it's here, it's the right one, works and looks great.  We saved about $800 so I guess the aggravation was worth it.

Horrible. Appliance arrived and didn't work. Supposedly repaired and still didn't work. Absolutely horrible service. I called and emailed but was told they would not replace this defective model. They sent someone to repair it. He could not so took it away to repair. Returned it in a non-working state. All this took too much time for me to dispute it with my credit card company so I'm stuck with a wine fridge that I paid $1K for which doesn't work and can get no help. I'm thinking of sueing in Small Claims Court. This may be my only recourse since I can get no satisfaction either from the manufacturer or from Home Everything. Don't think you are saving money; if what you order arrives in a non-working condition (NOT damaged, which can be easily checked), your purchase will cost you dearly.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering a Maytag diswasher online from Home Everything but I went ahead and ordered one. The item was out of stock and I was sent an e-mail message from customer service relaying that information. Within two days, another e-mail message came telling me that the dishwasher was being shipped and it was on the way. 
Delivery was delayed one day by the shipping service due to a major crash that shut down a portion of a freeway, through no fault of Home Everything. 10 days from ordering to delivery.
Delivery was free, the item was new, in the box. I installed it myself and couldn't be more pleased with the dishwasher and the entire transaction with Home Everything and will not hesitate to order from them again when something is needed.
Also, I was able to get $100 back from 2 rebates offered from companies, through Home Everything, that were not available from other appliance outlets.

I ordered an upright freezer on 28th July. It shipped on next day and arrived on 2nd August. this is not my first online purchase and I make a plan to deal with them again on based on their helpful service and candid information.
  

I purchased an Electrolux range and a Bosch dishwasher from Home Everything.  Both were delivered very quickly, and in good condition. No problem there.  When I ordered both items, the person I talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, so I ordered both online. After ordering, I called with a question about delivery, and was given the wrong information.  I was told white glove delivery was available- to just tell the delivery company that that's what I wanted when they called to arrange a delivery time. When they did call (UPS Freight), I was told they do not offer this.  So, we have both the range and the dishwasher sitting in our garage, and no way to move them to the second floor of our house.  I was happy with the speed of the delivery, and that the items arrived as ordered. Customer service needs some improvement.

Awful, terrible!  Bought a dishwasher from them.  Received it damaged from transit.  Per email instructions from Home Everything, I had to call them within 24 hours.  Called within this window and was assured they would file a claim with freight company and my money would be refunded.  2 weeks, then 3 then a month - heard nothing from Home Everything and they didn't respond to my numerous emails.  I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or return my voicemails.  Finally, disputed it through my credit card.  They fought and lost because I kept documentation of everything they promised and failed to follow through on.  If you buy from them, make sure you keep your records.  Seems like the hard economy has turned this fairly reputable company into the typical internet scam organization.

Great price for my dishwasher, no tax, $50 rebate, free shipping, extremely fast delivery (ordered Sat, arrived Thur), excellent service (lots of follow-ups and notifications).  But, I felt a little deceived.  The web site and a salesperson said the free shipping meant the trucker would only deliver to the curb, and for $50 they would bring it into the house and unpack it for inspection.  I didn't think that was worth it and figured I could handle bringing into my house and unpacking it myself for inspection, so I got a hand-cart from work the day of arrival in anticipation.  But to my surprise, the trucker was happy to bring it into my house and unpack it, which only took about 5 minutes anyway.  So I feel like they tried to get me to pay an extra $50 for nothing.  But other than that, I was extremely happy with the purchase and would use them again.

You would expect that when you send something back the company would actually open it.  However, because I did not put the RA # on the OUTSIDE of the package they are saying they never opened it and therefore never received it and therefore cannot return my money.  They are deceitful and running a scam.

I was a little nervous purchasing a wine fridge from an online vendor, but I have to say that everything has gone well so far. I placed an order for an Avanti 54-bottle wine fridge on Thursday, July 23, 2009.  I received email notification immediately confirming the order.  I then received an email 4 days later on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, stating that the fridge had shipped (from the east coast).  I received the fridge by UPS Freight 6 days later, on Monday, August 3rd (in Arizona).  There was no damage to the shipment, and the fridge is now happily cooling 40 bottles of wine. The website said 509 for a dishwasher and once I checked out it was 541.  I called CS on hold for 22 minutes.  the short story is that they said the manufacture raised price to them so they needed to raise price...fine and dandy, but their site sayd 509 until you goto check out...they said the website is in the process of being updated...they wouldnt give m eth 509 price.  as I was on the phine with them, I found it thru another online company at 484..they said they could not match the price.

I discovered that buying the refrigerator on-line was the way to save money only on homeeverything.com. It was a great price with free delivery. The electronic product did not have damage to the package. great company to do business with.

I want to warn the potential buyers against the hidden shipping fees. I thought I was going to get a good deal on a refrigerator. But later when I was called by the shipping company for delivery, they told me I need a lift gate for a fee. I refused the delivery.

The issue I had with this seller is the fact I had never been informed of the item ordered was not in stock. I had to keep asking until I had to give up on them. I hope they refund my money quickly. Otherwise, I will have a bigger problem with them.

The web site indicates it is free delivery. But the shipping company is trying to bill me for some delivery surcharge. When asked why, I was told the vendor only ordered a bare-bone minimum service. Now, I get it. The free delivery is only free when you pay part of the delivery. I want to warn buyers against this type of selling!!

I ordered an upright freezer on October 26.  The listing showed the item was "IN STOCK".  I waited a couple weeks for the shipping notice but received none. I sent an e-mail to the company on November 10th the response stated the item wouldn't be in stock until late December and would ship five days later.  I sent another e-mail to Home Everything on November 16th to get this verified and I received it would be available in December.  I checked several of Home Everythings sites and everyone said the item was "IN STOCK" which is fradulent.  I also found while searching, a lower price and requested Home Everything match or beat the price as is stated on their web page. I made this request twice.  They did not respond.  On December 4th I received an e-mail canceling my order because this item was discontinued.  I was extremely patient with this company.  I would not trust or deal with a company that treats its customers rudely by not responding, holding you on the hook for over a month, and not representing itself well.

Trust the negative reviews that are here.  I ordered my stove on November 15th.  Nothing happened until November 30th when I was billed.  Then my item went into a billed and not shipped status for a week! after that I was notified that my item arrived damaged and another would ship the next day in it's place.  4 days later- I find out that the second stove never did arrive and is now backordered 7-10 more business days.

I live in CA and paid for 2nd day shipping.  It wasnt set to ship Ground.  So, I had to request a refund for the shipping method.  Now I have decided that I am not comfortable doing business with this vendor and would rather pay much more for my item and actually receive it.
