I ordered a product that cost $74, I ordered it 10 days in advance for someone's birthday and eight days after ordering it it never came (I received an email telling me shipping would be a week). I politley emailed the company that I had not received it and they wrote me back telling me the forgot to send it.  They made the transaction and never sent it! Now the person I ordered it for will not receive it for his birthday. And the customer service is horrible. The only email I was sent told me they forgot to ship it and if I want to cancel it I can... I sent two emails back and still haven't heard from them. I will never shop here again and will recommend against it to any of my friends. VERY unprefessional, especially because their merchandise is not cheap and if you pay this much for something they should be able to follow through.

I found what I was looking for at a great low price. The customer service was prompt and courteous with quick UPS delivery. All in all, a smooth transaction.

Wonderful selection --- homeschoolingsupply.com is among the few online stores that carry LEGO teacher's guides for the Dacta line, LEGO's educational line. Delivery was very prompt --- I received my items just 2 days after I placed my order, without having to pay for expedited shipping. The products arrived in good condition, and I really appreciate that their distribution center in Alabama used crumpled up newspaper as packing fill --- they're a no-brainer to recycle!

As for my shopping experience, the site was fast, and the search engine was a lot better than most other educational supply online stores' --- lightning fast and returns what one expects. The item descriptions are very thorough and most of all, the prices are the lowest I've seen on the same item anywhere online.

Overall a wonderful shopping experience. I will definitely buy from them again.
