It is easy to find the product I was looking for, but the check-out process was awful. I could not easily change the quantity of items and I had to re-enter my information several times in my attempts to change the quantity of my order. I was never sure how long it would take to get the product once it was ordered and I never discovered how to log-in to get my shipment tracking information. Of the several dozen websites I purchase products from, Hoovers is by far the worst.

The only problem was trying to get in contact with the vendor to check on method of delivery. We have a PO Box and if the vendor was going to use USPS there is no recepticle at our residence. They would need to use UPS. I wanted to verify so the vaccum wouldn't go back. The phone number in the add was not the right location for my question so I was given other numbers to call. Made that portion of the transaction not so easy.

When I had questions I called the toll free number and a very nice staff member looked up the part needed and quickly confirmed it was the correct part needed.

I had trouble finding the replacement part I needed online because it wasn't pictured and a description wasn't given. It had to do with brushes so I took a chance and it was the correct replacement part. No replacement parts diagram was given in the instruction book either.

Purchase process was good, but the tracking information was not helpful. There was no way to access the tracking from anywhere, and the link in the email was dead.

I did not receive the correct merchandise, customer service was rude and felt
I had just ordered the wrong item. The merchandise did not get shipped with a packing slip. The Customer service rep wanted me to pay to send back the
incorrect merchandise. It appears their website had 2 items listed with identical Item numbers. I waited 15 minutes on hold to talk to a manager. This isuue is still unresolved.

The website was easy to navigate. Keyword searches provided relavant results. Prices were reasonable, though shipping seemed on the high end of reasonable for the small weight of the package.
