It two weeks for merchandise to arrive. Three phone calls with promises to call me back and never happened!!
They promised to refund shipping cost and I am still waiting for that to happen. Bear in mind we are three hours only from them.

There was no invoice or other order confirmation at the time of order, or until I raised cain to get a copy of my invoice. I had no order number or tracking information, or cost totals. The company said they quit sending paper invoices. Why did they not send an electronic invoice until I begged for it?
