disc o sit junior: I thought I was buying something for an adult, this disc is too small.
Hand Walker Cuff: the instruction to attach this were very poor, should have had some drawings. Had to look at catalog picture to figure it out.

I ordered gifts for my elderly mother in law in early December. She didn't receive them until Jan 17, well after the holidays. When I complained about the slow delivery, I was told it was because of Christmas deliveries. I ship for a living and the reason this wasn't received promptly is because it wasn't shipped promptly. I'll let EVERYONE I know in need of this type of product about the poor shipping policy and poor customer service. The person on the phone told me repeatedly "I'm New", like that would make everything OK or excuse her incompetence. It doesn't, and I'm disgusted that a company selling products designed to improve the quality of life for handicapped people cares so little about them actually getting said products in a timely manner.

They had what we needed and it was ordered online. It was shipped and received in a timely manner. There was no necessity for customer service or tracking. I would use this vendor again.

i have nothing but praise for this website! It was recommended by Carla Cothran, an RN at the Birmingham, Al Division of the American Parkinson's Dz. Assoc. The sight was easy to navigate, and the items I needed were reasonably priced.
