If you order from Inkgrabber.com and the inks leak and ruin your printer, you're out a printer. That's what happened to me, and I'm out a $400 printer.

One of the worse! Cheap inks ruined my Epson printer, then was told they're not responsible. I had to delve through their site to find the disclaimer buried, and you'd think it would be on the main Web page. Then was told I'd get refund once I returned inks, but then was told I was not getting a refund because I sent wrong cartridges. I emailed back on what a lousy excuse to renege on my refund, and stated it would be idiotic for me to send them good cartridges and keep the defective ones.

I noticed there was a lot of good review for this flunky group. All I can say is things change. I don't think it's a company, but rather a couple of college or high-school kids working out of their bedroom.

I ordered 25 colored ink cartridges, 2 day air delivery, for a project that needed to be completed that week. I received 25 black ink cartridges. I called INKGRABBER, they admitted that they packed the incorrect product. I asked them to overnight the correct product as the project needed to be completed by week end. INKGRABBER representatives told me that they couldn't send me the correct product until they recieved the incorrect one back. Unable to get the product that I had purchased from INKGRABBER, I purchased the correct item overnight from Staples. Meanwhile I sent INKGRABBER their incorrect order back. INKGRABBER refused to refund me the $18.70 they charged for 2 day air. I spoke with the owner, Brandon, he told me that he would not refund the money because that would be coming out of his pocket and "that wasn't going to happen." He agreed that it was their fault but still refused to refund the money for shipping. "

I did some research on the internet to find low-priced ink cartridges. Inkgrabber.com had the lowest prices by far and also had good reviews from customers. I ordered 8 cartridges (2 of each color) and received my order in about 3 days. I replaced the black ink cartridge the other day with no problems whatsoever. I am very happy with the price, order accuracy and quick delivery and will be using them again in the future.

I placed my order was sent to wrong address (address was correct in their system they just shipped to different one) they say we filed a complaint with fedex will have answer within a week almost 2 weeks later still waiting for ink or refund all I get is we're waiting on fedex we're waiting on fedex we'll call you of course that phone call never does come. Oder was placed on Feb 27 on march 21 we're still waiting for our order or a refund this site is a con and a joke at best DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU NEED THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER RUN TO ANY OTHER SITE ON THE WEB OR GO STRAIGHT TO THE STORE THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF

Ordered a Cannon A-30 toner cartridge in December 2008. It was delivered promptly but performed very poorly (dark and white lines on the copies). I returned it ($12 shipping) and received a replacement in reasonable time. The replacement produces a white line on the copies. I e-mailed them asking if the replacement was warranteed and they never answered. So much for the quality of product or money back guaranty.

Ordered a remanufactured ink cartridge. When received, cartridge was covered with ink. Once installed, quality was horrible. Prints were faded. Ordered another cartridge the same day from a different supplier to replace. Would not recommend.

Experience with Inkgrabber. My order was accurate, speedy, and for a great price. Got six inkjets for the price of 2 locally.  Yeah there refurbs but get the job done. Nothing else needs to be said.

Do NOT buy ink jets from them. I bought 9 ink jets from them for my HP All-In-One printer. They sent me refurbished ink jets that worked for a few days then failed. I notified them, they replaced them with more refurbished ink jets. They failed AND screwed up my $300+ printer. I had to go out and buy a new printer. This time I bought a laser jet. I notified them and sent them 9 ink jets back. They responded by keeping 5 and sending me 4 refurbished ink jet printers that I can NOT use on a laser jet. I phoned them, e-mailed them but they said tuff luck.

Note: They will send you discount coupons to entice you. They will even say "try the ink to make sure it works". Problem is you can try it and it works. but if you stock up and use it a month or so later you discover it fails after a few days of use and your screwed.
