Seven months after my only purchase from this company they charged my credit card (they keep your number on file) over $70 for no reason. They refuse to answer any correspondence on this matter and I have been forced to turn the issue over to my credit card company and on-line fraud investigators. I can't yet say if this is theft by one individual in the company or is something the company is doing, but their failure to respond makes me wonder.
They sent me the wrong toner cartridge 3 times. Each time I had to go through the exchange process to receive a new one, and each time they sent the wrong cartridge. After the 3rd time, they finally told me, and I quote, "We cannot give you the right cartridge. We have production issues or don't have it here or something." So now I have to hope that they give me my money back. I don't think they know how to run their business!

Sorry, but you really need to go elsewhere than this store. I ordered a Laser toner cartridge and was shipped something totally different. Our company usually shops with Quill - they're quicker and have a real customer service department. I chose to try something new when I chose the Inkjet Superstore, but this was a grave mistake. The toner took longer than expected to arrive; wrong product shipped; called customer service to straighten out the problem and ended up leaving a message and filing my complaint/request for a refund online.
I tried to buy a magenta cartridge for my Okidata laser printer. It took them 1 week to fill the order and then a week travel time by ground FEDEX. They sent the wrong cartridge. I needed the magenta and bought one locally and sent back the black. But they sent me a magenta one. I returned it. Now after over a month, they refuse to refund me my money because they claim at first they can resend the correct cartridge and I have to accept it. Wrong, they told me to refuse the shipment and they would credit my credit card. Now they say they don't have the cartridge, it arrived back to them a week ago. They have my money and the cartridges.

Horrible service, terrible product, and the slowest shipping I've had the misfortune to encounter.
I gave them a try since their prices were several dollars cheaper than my usual store on ink cartridges. It took them 2 full weeks to get me my order. As a comparison; several days later I ordered a computer part from Newegg.com and I received it the very next day despite using the cheapest shipping option (they are in CA and I live in MO by the way). When I would inquire about my order I would get a very slow reply that wouldn't help much.
When I finally got the ink all of the cartridges were either defective or they showed a quarter empty just after installation. Take my advice; use www.supermediastore.com

( I bought a lexmark, They clam I returned an epson) I returned it in their package and in the same box that it came in. If you should get a bad cartage from these people I suggest that you just throw it in the trash and go to Wal-Mart. Or better yet save yourself to stress and go to Wal-Mart first.

However, when it was all said and done they still charged me shipping. I called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful, when I asked to speak with a supervisor none were there. I was told they would call me back in 4 hours but surprise no one ever called!!!

I ordered 2 Fax cartridges (compatible Brothers); both arrive with the plastic arm that connects the 2 spools broken (highly odd, as both seemed to be package decently by the 3rd party manufacturer and Inkjet superstore). Ordered on a Friday, expected it to ship on Monday. Checked Monday was told it would ship Tuesday. Checked Wednesday after it didn't arrive and was told they had a 'shipping department problem' and they didn't know when they would ship it. Yeah right. I wouldn't go there again if the product was free. Not worth the hassle. Also they didn't seem to care that they lost a customer.

I purchased about 8 printer cartridges six months ago. Unfortunately, almost half of them did not work properly. I returned two of the defective cartridges, however, they are trying to charge me again claiming the cartridges were not returned. I still have another cartridge to return. A lot of time and effort was wasted for a poor product.
I placed my order for ink cartridges that were already in stock. I needed them ASAP so I had paid for FedEx delivery. It is now 8 days later and I still have not received my product. To make matters worse, it is impossible to contact anybody at this store. I have left a couple of voicemails (never given a person to talk to) and have sent 2 emails. This shopping experience has been terrible.
I ordered 4 second party toner cartridges for Brother printers.
Out of the 4, 2 were defective.
I returned these, and received replacement carts pretty quickly, and preprinted mail FedEx labels for the returns.
Unfortunately, there is an inherent design flaw in all of the carts that makes duplex (double sided) printing impossible without modifying the carts (unlike the standard Brother OEM carts).
1 return arrived, the other was lost by somebody somewhere. (not me! I shipped it using their label).
This company could NOT COMPREHEND that I fulfilled my part of the deal and returned the bad carts.
Communicating with the company-- unbelievably bad.

I placed an order on October 25, 2006. Pacakge was shipped to billing address instead of shipping address. The billing address was a house that I was moving out of when I placed the order, which was vacant when the package arrived. Despite the house being visably vacant the package was left on the porch where it sat through the rain and then freezing temperatures on November 1. On top of all of this inkjetsuperstore.com shipped the package with FedEx in a USPS Priority Mail box. Completely unsatisfactory.

I purchased toner over a month ago. My card was charged twice. The product was never received, tracking confirms this order was undelivered. I've phoned and emailed multiple times and never have had a response (phone goes to VM). Finally I have filed a claim with my CC company which will take 45 days. In the meantime they have $130 of my money.
Absolutely horrible. I own on E-com company which ships thousands of products per month so I have an extremely informed point of reference.

I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN: I ordered cartridges for my Samsung CLP300. The Yellow cartridge was not properly filled. When I called to complain, the service representative told me I would have to buy a new cartridge and after they received the replacement and found that it was defective they would credit back my account. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told "There is nobody here." I then asked to speak to the manager/owner of the company. I was told to hold on and then the rep. came back and said she would send me a new cartridge and I would have to still send back the old one. When I agreed I was told it was in the mail. This was on Dec 15 2008. The cartridge was returned to Inkjetstore because the address was incorrect. They are now not returning my calls. I suggest that you DO NOT EVER do business with this store. I have now lost $500.00 because of their lack of business ethics.
As in most cases, ordering is easy, but one of two cartridges received was defective.... You have to buy a new one to get a replacement and ship the old one back. Essentially you're double billed for a cartridge you can't use, until their tech agrees with the defect.

They never shipped my item. I purchased ink cartridges from this company in May. Didn't get the item and they said that the package was lost. I checked the tracking number and it was not even in the system. They said they were going to ship me a new one and that didn't happen either. I got tired of them so I requested a refund. The first time I requested it didn't come through so I called them again threatening to report them to their credit card merchant. They said they will reprocess it again and they even sent me a confirmation e-mail. This is the third time I have asked for a refund and they said it will be processed by tomorrow.
Stay away from this company. I will be filing a complaint with their CC merchant.
One of the worst. Claim next day shipping - not shipped after two. Canceled order by their email and phone on third day. They have an answering machine on the phone. No reply from them. Charged my credit card on the fourth day. Don't buy from them. They are not worthy of business.

I ordered 2 toner cartridges for my 2 Laserjets. Both worked for about 15 pages and then ran out of toner. The C3903A $19.95 OEM toner cartridge was spec'd at 4000 pages. I was absolutely sure the toner cartridges had contained very little toner. I then gave them a bad epinion and ordered yet another cartridge at twice the price from newegg. Amazingly, it had the same problem. I had not pulled out the protective tab from the cartridge and once I did that, all were fine and I am set for years to come with 3 cartridges. Luckily, epinions.com has an update feature and you are now reading my update :-)

I recently ordered Hp 1209 replacement cartridges. The color remanufactured cartridge did not work at all. The black remanufactured cartridge DID work. I followed the request for a RMA carefully waited the two days and NOTHING. THREE more emails all politely requesting attention to this problem and not even the courtesy of a reply.
Inkjetsuperstore.com has removed all methods of requesting HELP. You go to the customer service page and click on "For questions about returns, click here" and you get a blank page that says: "THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE". Need I say more!
They do not live up to their assertion of 'customer satisfaction' and I firmly doubt their assertion of "no cheap products".
I advised my wife to not order in the future from them and she said "yeah some of my cartridges didnt last very long from them" ..so it's no problem for her either.
I am no longer waiting to hear from Ink Jet Duperstore.
Horrible store. I have 2 printers. 3 of the Lexmark cartridges I ordered were absolutely dry and did NOT work at all. A very expensive Samsung ML2010 also did not work. I got absolutely no response to emails about their so-called Money Back guarantee.
My time is worth something. But at Office Depot I at least know I'm dealing with a real company that will back whatever it sells.
Would NEVER shop at Inkjet Superstore again and have warned all my friends about my experiences!

NO COMMUNICATION as to the status of the order (like their website says) and I had to keep calling to find out where my items were. All I got were excuses about problems in shipping, problems with FedEx...I'm still waiting on my shipping refund confirmation email! Bad, Bad, BAD SERVICE! This is by far the WORST company I've ever done business with. Every order I've placed has had a problem with it. They're always out of stock so your order just sits there until you call to ask why it hasn't been shipped. When you do call or use their online customer service chat they say an item was out of stock and they'll remove it and your order will be shipped today. They offer 5% off to compensate for their lack of customer service, it's not enough. What makes this the worst company is that they don't care. They say sorry for your order not being shipped but they do nothing. Currently I'm still waiting for an order I placed in October, it's November 12th and it hasn't been shipped yet. Three people have told me so far that my order will be shipped that day but nothing. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Inkjet Superstore is great. I ordered a cartridge on line for my HP LaserJet 4+ on a Tuesday via ground, and had my order delivered by the following Monday. The cartridge worked as expected. I would definitely order from this vendor again. On line ordering was easy and straight forward.

I usually do not respond to forums but I was checking the other day how you were doing and I saw one bad rating, but I said "Hey, I've bought from this place probably 7K in one year... and this is not true, fulfillment is usually great, with delays like we all have in our businesses and the Customer Support is amazing. Everytime I have a return to do, they're the fastest to process it... and they've given me cartridges for free sometimes.

Bought a lot of replacement cartridge for HP1022 from IJSS. They claim 2000 pagers. I print the same simple form 500 pages daily, so I started keeping track of the yield. It yielded on average 1200-1300 pages for 25 cartridges. That's 30% less than the claim. No wonder their prices are good.... they're screwing the customers who don't check. I called to ask for concessions. They basically told me they don't guarantee anything. I'm done with them.

On their website they offer "Lexmark Remanufactured Inkjet Cartridges" with pictures of cartridges clearly in Lexmark packaging. When you order you receive "compatible" cartridges in plain generic packaging. The website description never mentions that they are compatible third party and NOT Lexmark cartridges. When I complained to customer service, they chose to ignore me. Stay away from these jerks.
They set things up with Fed-ex but never actually shipped the package. Took them about a week to respond to my requests about the status of the order. Finally got the ink about 3 weeks after I ordered it. I'm not buying from here again!
I will tell to all of my friends to make business with you! The Customer Service is great. I needed to ask some questions about my purchase and they answered all the questions to me, they are very nice persons. I fell in love with them! lol. No doubt I'm going to return to buy with you.

The on-line experience was flawless -- until I did not receive my order. I got three e-mails saying my order was received, processed and shipped. I had upgraded shipping from free to paying for 2-day FedEx. No tracking number was provided. The order did not arrive in 3 days, so I followed their web site directions and sent an e-mail. I got an auto-response e-mail with a "case number." No response. I replied to that and checked the web site again. Still no response. I called twice and left voice messages -- no one actually answers the phone at either customer support or sales. My credit card was billed the day before I should have received the shipment.

I have used them before and never had any issues. This time, I ordered two specialized printer cartridges. After a longer than expected delivery time, I opened the boxes to find the wrong cartridges had been sent. I called Customer Service to request that they overnight the correct items, as they are needed immediately. I was told that they won't overnight the order because it costs too much, even though they admitted they were at fault.
If this wasn't an immediate need or if the mistake had been mine, I wouldn't mind as much. But when the mistake is clearly the merchant's, it is up to them to correct it in a professional manner. Unfortunately, InkJetSuperstore chose to save a few dollars in the short term and lost a longtime customer who would have been paying them zillions more in future orders. Bad service, bad logic and now one of the few online merchants I will not recommend to others or ever use again.

I will NOT be using inkjetsuperstore.com again. There web page is EXTREMELY SLOW. I tried different browers and different computers, but the problem is on their end. ALSO - my 3 attempts at contacting them via phone only resulted in my leaving voicemail to their customer service or sales department. I received the WRONG toner cartridge and my attempts to contact them through web or phone led to extreme frustration. YUCK!

I payed half as much for the toner cartridge from inkjet superstore than I would have from one of the major electronics stores. The item arrived quickly, and so far the toner cartridge prints crisp and clearly. I would recommend this store to anyone who can wait a few days to order a cartridge.

order two fax cartridges, one was damaged and they didn't want to exchange it due to it being an OEM part. they told me to call Brother which i did, however i didn't order it from brother so they sent me right back to I.J.S.S. and I.J.S.S. said i had to take a picture of the item or they wouldn't exchange it, so i did and they said they would make an exception this time but if the exchanged part came back damaged, i'd have to contact Brother to get a replacement. This makes no sense at all, i didn't order from Brother or get it drop shipped from Brother, so why would they be responsible for anything. The I.J.S.S. told me that when i buy from them i am agreeing to all of their policies and that's the way it is. By the way, the PC-101 cartridge that was damaged had no packing material of any kind in it, of course it was going to get damaged.
Ordered a printer cartridge that was supposed to be in stock. I didn't receive it for 10 days and sent an email inquiry. Was told that it was out of stock for another week. At the end of that week I got an email confirming it was sent and that my credit card would be charged. Two days later got another email saying it was back ordered.
For years I have been buying thousands of dollars worth of stuff online and this is the worst store I have come across to date.

I have recommended this store to everyone I know. I ordered a copier cartridge for 1/3 of the price that I can find it locally. I received the order within 3 days. I am now purchasing cartridges for my printers.
Find another supplier!! I lost time, money, and credibility dealing with this joke of a "store". They only shipped 2 of 3 cartridges ordered -- and when the third arrived, it was the wrong color! I ended up having to outsource one of my print jobs; luckily I ordered toner from my regular supplier ... it will be here tomorrow; I can then print the remaining job and shipping the order overnight -- at my expense!
No products after almost 2 weeks, left 3 messages and no response. Tried to cancel order. No response. Lousy customer service. I was ripped off and no one to communicate with. Glad others had better success than me.

Delivery speed. Really fast. Customer service - None Satisfaction - zip. Their website says 100% Satisfaction - WRONG!!!! Order accuracy - Don't know. They sent my order ($68.00) for ink cartridges to the wrong address - NOT THE ONE I SPECIFIED ON MY ORDER but a 6 year old address that was inadvertently left on PayPal. Agreed that part of the mistake might have been mine but I have placed 2 or 3 orders a month for the past 6 years and no one else ever sent anything to the wrong address (which is why I didn't notice it). Every other business has mailed merchandise to the address I give them on the order. There is no discussing this problem. They mailed the order. Too bad if its the wrong address. There is no effort to compromise on any sort of solution.

Store charged me for ink cartridges and never shipped. Only when I called back did I find this out and only then did I get my money refunded. You'd think they'd have the decency to at least contact me as long as they were taking my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM INKJETSUPERSTORE.
I recently ordered Epson OEM ink for my CX7400 printer. The suggested ink was cartridge model 88. I ordered a 3-pack of color ink and a black ink cartridge. The injketsuperstore web site "claims" to have the lowest prices, yet I discovered, after the fact, that the Epson site offers significantly lower prices and free shipping if you order two or more items. When I got the cartridges, and installed them into my printer, none of them were recognized.
The InkJetSuperStore policy for OEM products is that they do not stand behind the OEM product they sell you. I have to deal directly with the Manufacturer (Epson). I might as well buy from Epson.

I just want to say AWESOME! Just put in the new drum, reman toner and it is up and running. (XEROX copier) Also installed reman toner in Samsung laser printer. The web sit is so easy to navigate, the shipping confirmation was fast and the delivery was just 2 days and 5 days respectively. I ordered 4 ink jet cartridges from Ink Jet Super Store. My printer died, I called the company and asked to get a refund on two of the unopened cartridges. They sent me a return authorization. When they received the cartridges proceeded to tell me that I sent back cartridges that were not theirs. They then finally agreed to refund my money and emailed me a memo for credit. Never received credit on my credit card. Called again and was told again that quality control said they were not their cartridges.
Do NOT buy from them remanufactured toner cartridges. Their web site is absolutely lying trying to convince you they are as good or better than new. They may cost only 1/2 of a new cartridge, but they last only 10% of the new. Mine started to show streaks after a 100 pages or so. Now it shows only 10% used but the print quality is awful.

12/3/08. I ordered a cartridge on 11/24 and have yet to receive it. Yesterday I was told by phone that it was shipping the same day. Today I could not access tracking through the website nor could I reach anyone by phone. Went to Live Chat and am now being told it may ship today or tomorrow! Live Chat did end by wishing me a "good day." Hard to do when I can't print invoices! I will not be using Inkjet Superstore again-this is not the customer service I offer my customers! I ordered from Inkjet Superstore based on previous reviews.
Yes, I called and asked if my order will ship from California, same day, they said yes. I asked if it will ship by UPS and they said yes. I was shipped from across the country the next and and did arrive for several days. DAN, was no help, so this order given ZERO comsideration by DAN.
I will not shop here again. If you can't count on what a company says and if they don't care when they have made a mistake, then they are a bad bet.

Can't deliver the product, non-responsive. I ordered an imaging drum for an HP2550n. After 3 business days, the order had not shipped. You cannot get through to a person on the phone, and messages left for Customer Service and Sales were not returned. The "Live Chat" feature was offline everyime I tried to check on the issue (during PST business hours). They did, at least, acknowledge my online cancellation request.

Just Terrible. Ordered HP Q2610A compatible cartridge on August 31. I probably printed about 50 pages before it started leaking toner everywhere. Now when I print, the entire page is speckled to where you can barely make out the words. It's completely useless. That was the most expensive 50 b&w pages I've ever printed.

The only problem I had was, initially, they wanted to ship my order to my credit card billing address. My credir card is my business card and the billing address is over an hour away. I replied that if they couldn't ship the order to my shipping address, then to cancel the order. Finally, the order was completed and sent to my original shipping address. After about a week went by with no action on my order (only confirmation that my credit card was OK), I put in a request via their system on line to find out what the status was and was told by email that they were out inventory (no stock). I think I should have been at least notified or on-line status should have shown the item on backorder. I went back on line and checked the item they were selling which still showed that it was available in stock. I purchased a drum for my printer but still had streaks on my printing. I got a return form but while talking to the representative I began to suspect my cartridge. I decided to order a new cartridge and even if that cured my problem I would keep the drum as a spare. It worked fine!

I purchased a toner cartridge for my fax machine. It worked for about a week and then a piece of the cartridge broke off, making it unusable. I was surprised how easy it was to return the defective one - Fill out an online form, print a Fedex shipping label, and the package was picked up and shipped at no cost to me!
The replacement I received was also defective, but again I had no problem returning it. Each time I contacted customer service, I was able to get right to the point. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Because both cartridges I received were broken in the same exact place, I wanted to let them know that I had received two broken cartridges, in case their latest shipment was all defective.

Ordering and receiving the product was fine. I ordered the recommended cartridges based on entering my printer info but the product I received did not work with my printer. I had to return the product which was pretty easy but they still charged for shipping the items. I feel like I ordered what they recommended and my printer didn't recognize the cartridges they sent, they should have refunded the original shipping cost. If I returned the items because I just didn't want them I agree that I should cover the shipping costs but because they were defective, I think they should have covered the shipping costs both ways. Disappointed that the website said the product was new, yet discovered upon opening the package that it was refurbished. I had done a lot of online comparing and specifically chose this company (which, unlike most other companies, charged shipping) because I didn't want a refurbished product. So if you add in the cost of shipping and handling, I essentially paid more for the product than I would have from other companies and managed to get the same thing. The good news, however, is that it works and at a time when I desperately needed it. Yet still I feel as if I've been misled. Read more
