Ordered on Friday, recieved package the next Thursday.
Tracking of shipment was via USPS. USPS has terrible tracking, but I fully realize that was not the Merchant's fault.

The website is easy to navigate, all the products I needed were in-stock. I had a problem with one of the cartridges not working so sent them an email. The reply was prompt and very courteous. I am very pleased with their service and would order from them again.

After about a week went by with no action on my order (only confirmation that my credit card was OK), I put in a request via their system on line to find out what the status was and was told by email that they were out inventory (no stock). I think I should have been at least notified or on-line status should have shown the item on backorder. I went back on line and checked the item they were selling which still showed that it was available in stock. I was told that item will not be available until mid July, I agreed to go ahead and process the order, however now I think I will cancel the order as I have found the same item on e-bay for far less

Disappointed that the website said the product was new, yet discovered upon opening the package that it was refurbished. I had done a lot of online comparing and specifically chose this company (which, unlike most other companies, charged shipping) because I didn't want a refurbished product. So if you add in the cost of shipping and handling, I essentially paid more for the product than I would have from other companies and managed to get the same thing. The good news, however, is that it works and at a time when I desperately needed it. Yet still I feel as if I've been misled.
