Wow! Now, that's great service!
The watch I ordered arrived on time via UPS. I was able to track the progress of my shipment via the number Jewelbasket gave me.
I went to two (2) other online stores for the same product and got such a hassle from them. The competitors would either not provide me with shipping information and one competitor's website said the item was available, but when I called to place the order over the phone, it wasn't!
Jewelbasket had the item I was looking for at the best price I could find online. The item looks even more gorgeous in person than it did online.
I will definitely save their web address to my favorites for the upcoming holiday season!
I ordered a ring for my husband in early December that was intended as a Christmas gift. The website advertises that shipment occurs within 1 to 3 days. I selected 2nd Day Air shipping to ensure that the product would arrive prior to Christmas. After one week, I had not received the ring nor had I received any response why the shipment was delayed. My numerous emails were responded to in a timely fashion, but the responses were not satisfactory. I did not receive any explanation as to the reason for the delay, even after pointing out that their website stated shipment is within 1 to 3 days. I still have not received my item, and it is now after Christmas. I will never use this company again and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. I cannot believe that this company is so highly rated, especially with regard to customer service and delivery.
Well...let me just say that my overall experience with jewelbasket.com has been HORRIBLE. When I 1st ordered the globe, I FINALLY received an email with a tracking #. So I tracked the package and it went to WEST VIRGINIA. I called jewelbasket and they coudln't give me an answer. Finally I kept calling and one of the owners had a new globe overnighted to me. (This was a Christmas present for my husband) Then, when we got the globe, the whole frame is damaged. The screws are mismatched and stripped, making it very unstable. There are scratches, gouges and cracks alone the whole frame. The compass is broken. I have been trying to contact jewelbasket.com for a replacement for a week now, and no one has gotten back to me. So, I am stuck with a broken product and a $499.00 charge on my credit card. My advice...buy your products from someone else.

After having some bad experiences with other online jewelry stores, I was a bit wary; however, I found JewelBasket to be great. Both times I have purchased from there the items were delivered quicky and were flawless, one of the times even being around Christmas. I highly recommend this website to anyone looking for some high quality jewelry at a competative price.
I have spoken to a nice man who has been helpful and available to answer my questions. He also helped me on a return/refund and even called to let me know when he was doing it as he was doing it. Very kind. Michael was his name. Read more

Day after placing order with JewelBasket, we received a phone call notifying us that the bracelet was out of stock and wouldn't be available for the "Christening" date as was planned. Cancellation of order appeared in my e-mail that evening. Extremely thankful for dealing with a good businessman. Fulfilled my jewlery needs elsewhere but will be back. Read more

I ordered a gemstone globe for almost $200.00 on Nov.1st. The first time it was supposedly sent to me it was sent elsewhere. The second time it was shipped it seems to have ended up in the same place as did the first shipment. THE SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If the globe isn't shipped overnight to me I will order one from Amazon.com. Hopefully I will have the globe to give as a xmas gift. Peggy Jordan Read more

Initially, item was back-ordered, although website indicated it was available. They never contacted me about the delay...it wasn't until I called them a week later that I found out about the back-order. I had ordered 2 items, but even the one in stock didn't ship until they received the one on back-order...even though they shipped in separate boxes anyway. When I received the globe that had been backordered, it was defective and I had to send it back! Read more

The service was fine but the bracelet I ordered has not withstood wear for even one month. THe finish on it is scratched, tarnished, and looks terrible. I've tried cleaning it but to no avail. For $57, I think this would be a better quality piece. Read more
