The opal ring that I ordered was very pretty but unfortunately ONLY TWO MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT THE OPAL FELL OFF. The ring had not been worn frequently or gone through any harsh circumstances. They have a limited warranty of only 30 days so I just wasted over $100 on their company. DO NOT SHOP WITH JEWELS FOR ME! They have cheap craftsmanship!

The craftsmen ship of my order was horrible. I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful ring. However upon its arrival (which was quite fast, only a week) and after inspecting the ring it was clearly obvious the ruby (which I am not even sure was real due to the dull pale color) was crooked and not centered properly. The ring brackets and setting were also bent and were largely off center. They may have an easy to use website and timely delivery, but I would not recommend ever purchasing from this site.
I placed 5 orders on 2 different days this week. When I checked my Order Status on their web site today, all of my orders show "Cancelled". (without notifying me) I never cancelled any orders. I Emailed their Customer Service today. (There is no Telephone number on their website). I'm very frustrated & confused not knowing what's going on.
I want my orders, but will have to wait until they Email me back on the status.

They just replied that my orders were cancelled & my credit card would not be charged,

This is the most shoddy craftsmanship I have ever seen, the baggettes on my ring look like they were inserted using a large chisel, the setting was virtually destroyed in the process. Do not buy from these people.

I would not buy from Jewels for Me ever again. I received a ring with one center stone and 2 side stones. One of the side stones kept falling out. I sent it back for repair and they sent me back a replacement stone which was definitely smaller than the other side stone. A few months later, the center stone literally broke; a big slice came off. Again we sent it back for repair and waited and waited. We were told that they never received the ring back for repair (even though they had sent us a confirmation e-mail that it had been received). They finally "found" it, repaired it and sent it back.....to the wrong address. Once it arrived at the wrong address, someone there took the ring and I am still in the midst of trying to get it back.
Imagine my disappointment when the engagement ring my boyfriend gave me that was suppose to last my entire life time broke... after 2 days!! I did not in anyway cause stress to the ring, hit it off anything, I even took it off when I slept because I never had any "nice" jewelry before and was scared to wear it in my sleep. I see now that was with reason. After two days of normal wear one of the prongs randomly fell off and my gemstone fell out! When I showed it to a local jeweler not only had the ring brackets been welded on when they should have been one piece, the actual stone was chipped! The only thing that I am thankful for is that this happened before the 30 warranty ran out, since after that it would have just been wasted money. Points for refunding the money.... Negative for everything else.

Incredible price on a beautiful peridot pendant. I received a confirmation e-mail for every step in the process & received the item in record time. I was even surprised to see how well presented the pendant was, with a little stuffed bear and gift bag. And let's not forget the classic velvet box. Admittedly, I had my reservations about purchasing jewelry online, but I would have none whatsoever when it comes to future purchases from Jewels For Me. They definitely convinced this skeptic that there still are online merchants who take great pride in their products and their customer service. It's safe to say that I was very pleased with this transaction!

I was very impressed with this web store. I needed a ring for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and as usual, I left it for the last minute. I found the perfect heart shaped ring on jewelsforme.com. I e-mailed them to find out if they could rush the order to me, and they said they could. They also responded to my e-mail in about 5 minutes which I really appreciated. The ring arrived on time, and it came with a little teddy bear. The ring was in a nice jewelry box, and the whole thing came in a gift bag, so it was ready to give without me needing to do anything else. My girlfriend loved the ring, and I will probably buy her the matching earring and pendant for her birthday.
i tried to purchase a ring for my girls birthday they denied my card because they said my adress didn't match but i check it twice and once with my bank and it did match, not only that but they charged a large holding fee and did not release till it expired because of them my present missed my g/fs birthday, this site is very very bad There is NO customer service they do not have a phone number and the only way to contact is email, which they do not reply to. This is a very sketch website do not shop here unless you want to lose your money for few days. I repeat this site is a scam.
