Great prices and easy ordering process. Only problem consited of UPS losing the package and it took more the two weeks of finally recieve our order. When I called customer service there was some confusion as to what was going on. But, Sherry called me back, explained everything, and re-shipped our order directly. The article ordered was as featured, demensions, color, etc. However some of this information was not included in the narrative. I sent an e-mail which was answered within a reasonable time frame and the order was processed the same day. I received the servers in great condition, however, they were the wrong ones.(my error) I wanted to ship these back and order a different one. I have talked with Mary but now am at a standstill as to how the return process goes. It has been a couple of days with no response. I will try one more time to get this resolved.
