Notification via e-mail that the color I ordered was out-of-stock came promptly and included suggestions for possible alternatives. The item was sent out the same day I e-mailed back with my second choice, and I received the package that same week. Prices are good; customer service is excellent; I couldn't be more satisfied. I found the prices fair. The online website was easy to navigate. The merchendise was recieved on time with the exception on one item that was out of stalk and a phone call was made to inform me of this before the shipment even arrived. Read more

This was one of few stores that carried the specific product I was looking for and as individual items, (I do not need case lots)the service was excelent the price was the best I found on the net and the products arrived sooner than I expected and in perfect condition. (all the more amazing as my delivery guy is a gorilla in a human suit!) Even though I do not need many of the products they sell I an please to know they are out there should a new need arise.
