Ordered items to be shipped 2nd day air, they did not arrive on time. Was informed that the order was placed at a time that would have been forwarded to following day, therefore it did not arrive to me on time. Also I still had to pay 1/2 the freight charge rather than them refunding the whole amount. They were very nice to work with but dont' feel I should have had to pay the extra shipping charges. THere was no information on the website that I could see that would show that the order had to be placed in order to get it when expected. Read more

There was a error on the price listed on the web site so I received a call from Beverly in Customer Service. She explained the problem and told me the new/correct price. I told her I thought I could find something cheaper. She checked and told me if I could something cheaper to email the web site and they would match the price. They actually sold it to me for a dollar less than the competitor. I was impressed. Read more
