Good communication. My order came to my house when it was supposed too. The glasses that I ordered were packed nicely and were not broken, even though it looked like FedEx played football with the box. Jose helped me find the exact present I wanted for my husband (he's a big Guinness fan). Web site was a little difficult to navigate, but not too bad.

Shopping the website was easy, friendly, accurate and pointed to quality even before receiving the product. I happened to find the site on a search and was happy to find something so close ~ Buffalo, NY! The product was shipped so timely that I was shocked. I have never received a product that quickly. I like that. The product is of exceptional quality. My husband loved it!
