Kellyco Metal Detectors

If you are looking for a metal detector, look no further than this company. I have had top-notch customer service from them and would recommend them wholeheartedly. They are extremely helpful, good prices, and really fast shipping. Both of my orders got to me the next business day with regular shipping, although I do live in the same state. When I saw that they were offering a "free" accessory with the purchase of a metal detector after I had already purchased mine about two weeks prior, they still let me have it. I e-mailed them to just ask since I did just spend 3 grand on four detectors for my family and they said, "no problem, just pay for the shipping". I felt like I got a good deal prior to that and now I am really happy.

I had a very bad service and shopping experience
I sent them a pulse star 11 metal detector that I bought from them for repair
after three months of phone calls and messages that were never returned I finally contacted a sales supervisor called Margarita who told me that the electronic box had to be replaced totally
I agreed and they charged me a month ago for that box 700 dollars and they have not yet send it to me

You get excellent service from Kellyco, at first, when you buy something. But, if you have a problem and have to send something back. Good luck. After two business days with my return they finally, after much hounding, send me a tracking number, and don't ship my package. Miserable service!

Super Service and Great Price for all you get. I purchased a Garrett GTI 2500 metal detector from Kellyco about 2 months ago and not only did I receive the metal detector I ordered I got a complete package of metal detector accessories. Now I don't have to buy the accessories one at a time, and the best part was the accessories were FREE! I once used eMetalDetectors.com like I said once. They were horrible. "Low" prices doesn't make up for bad products or very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM metaldetectors.com formally eMetalDetectors.com Stick with the people that know what they are doing like KellyCo.

Excellent service, I was trying to decide which detector to get, based on price, so I spoke to them. I ended up getting a lower priced machine because the higher priced one would not have worked in the soil in my area. I never thought to ask about that. This could have cost me alot more but with their help I came out on top. Now that's customer service.

I'm not very happy!  I was emailed that my detector was shippped and was given a trackin number.  A week later UPS tracking shows no movement. Called, my detector han't been picked up yet.  Fast to take your money, really slow to ship.  Won't be back.
