We didn't receive the tracking information until 3 days after receiving the product. Everything else was smooth. When I asked questions the reps. were responsive and very helpful.

The company has different website company names for the same products but with different prices. How fair is that? I did give the phone number to a friend to order a chair.

Excellent online shopping experience. Great, easy to navigate and informative website. This was a Christmas gift that was delivered Dec 23 and the chair was well made and exactly what was represented on the website.

I was pleased with the variety of chairs that they had to offer. Easy to do online. Chairs were ordered before Christmas, so quick shipping understandably didn't apply. Quality was good, some mismatch in upholstery gathering, but more of a bunching fabric that distorts shape. The children love them, so I am pleased with the purchase. Thank you.
