Beware, LCI Paper is not very customer service oriented. My recent experience with LCI Paper has changed my view of this company from a positive one to a negative one. I am now stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of packaged envelopes that will go unused. Despite an extremely unusual circustance, which led to the envelopes not meeting the return policy, their manager would not allow a store credit to be issued.
