This was my first purchase from them. I was charged for items they marked on my invoice as 'out of stock'. They will not answer emails or phone calls, regarding how they are going to handle this matter. (Refund or ship when arrive) Their phone number is an answering machine. If I do not hear back by end of this week, I'm filing a complaint with New York Attorney Generals office.

Simply Put: one of the best website out there. It has a lots of perfumes, and real time shipping rates. i paid only $4 for 3 items. just great. I got my package in 3 days. that is super fast.

This was My first online purchase . I bought it as a gift .I chose it as the person could have a variety of fragrances from CK .The person was pleasantly surprised .The price is reasonable and shipping is pretty fast with LJ. I ordered another product today But this time for myself.

My only criticism is that, on 2 occasions, my shipment arrived with an item omitted and marked out of stock on the enclosed invoice. Yet, in each case, their site indicated that the item was in stock and allowed me to add it to my cart. Otherwise, they are perfect in my estimation - lower prices than their online competitors, easier requirement for free shipping than their online competitors, vast selection, available inventory, incredibly prompt delivery, relatively error-free service, immediate e-mail replies consistently, user-friendly site, prompt processing of returns and credits due. To those very few who were dissatisfied with your initial experience with LJ, do yourselves a favor and give them another try. And to their many loyal customers, please start writing product reviews so that I don't have to keep jumping over to the Scentiments site to read theirs.

VERY QUICK DELIVERY,  AND THEY HAVE A REAL PERSON TO PICK UP THE PHONE.  DAVE WAS VERY HELPFUL.  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.  MOST PEOPLE JUST SHOP BY PRICE,  BUT FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  DAVE AND LJ'S SERVICE IS TOP SHELF.  A GOOD EXAMPLE OF A BAD COMPANY  IS 1ST PERFUMES WHICH DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A WORKING PHONE .  THEY LEAVE A FAX NUMBER AND NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK.  ALWAYS ORDER FROM LJ'S SHOPPING NET  BECAUSE THEIR PRICES AND "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS THE  BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

I purchased cologne at ljshopping.net and thought it was a great bargain until I found out that they stole my credit card and used it at Macy's. Go figure and I wondered how they sell their cologne so cheap... well they probably buy more cologne to sell on random people's credit cards. No wonder they can afford to be the lowest price on the internet. The half price Kenneth Cole Reaction cologne was not worth the $1800 in charges used my card for at Macy's in Garden City, NY. Buyers beware!!!! Good thing my credit card company has a great fraud detection on it!

Ljshopping.net is a scam and Im going to get the police involved!

My husband was so happy that I was able to get his favorite cologne (Stetson Country) which has been discontinued in all of our local stores. I am also so pleased that I am sent a 10.00 off coupon to be used with each of my orders. Love LJ Shopping Thank you
