Incredible customer service from experienced flooring installers. Nothing like the "Home Depot" experience I previously received, where they couldn't answer any of my questions.
I loved the quality of the floor, and how real they look and sound. Simple and easy to install, I did it all myself :)

But most important I loved speaking with someone that was truly knowledgeable (and honest) about laminate floors. So that I could make the best choice with all the facts.
