Lamps Plus had a great assortment of piano lamps. The product I selected was in stock. However, it tool Lamps Plus two days to ship the product, slow order processing. I ordered it as a gift for an occasion. The lamp came after the occasion as a result of Lamps Plus not shipping the product sooner. Next time I order from them I will keep this in mind.

I love the selection, prices and quality of the light fixtures there. Lampsplus.com also has the best organized web site of any online merchant I've used. It's very easy to brouse and use their drop-down menus to narrow a search.

The on-line program needs to be modifid for Resale Merchants using the software, to not have sales tax added, Now you have to phone in to get the sales tax removed. This takes added time ehich is a nuisance

Sorry I have not installed all the light fixtures yet. I received all the packages after I went on a long vacation. I was horrified by one mistake I made. The light fixture was too big for my small flat. When I contact Lamps Plus. The lady was extremely helpful and I had no problem for exchange. Thanks.

They were a little slow in shipping, it took 3 weeks from online entry of order and 1 phone call to receive shipment.

I was amazed that when I had to return the vanity lights that the shipping was free. I returned the light only because it was not country looking. The light was beautiful and came wrapped very well. Yes, I would definitley shop with you again. I was very pleased. Thank you, Susan E. Smith

The only reason shipping the item was delayed was because Lamps Plus changed warehouses so relocating inventory caused minor delays. I have been very happy with them!
