product information is too sketchy--for instance, there's a big piece of plastic on the front of my lamp that wasn't mentioned in the product description. If I had known I wouldn't have purchased it. It makes an otherwise nice lamp look cheesy.

delayed delivery despite several phone calls. the product was never shipped. we were guaranteed delivery which did not happen in a timely manner. we had to call several times to get delivery. we will not order from this company again since they were unable to verify shipment or where to lamp was at the time in question. the company had actually never sent the item.

Not enough information is provided as to when or how long it will take for an item to arrive once the Shipped e-mail notice is sent.
In addition, no information is given on when an item will be shipped. One item I ordered was coming from the manufacturer & it would be 3-4 wks. I only learned that when I called and asked.
