Received lamp one minor part was missing I phoned and they apologised for the inconvence and said that it would be sent out right away which it was.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I had been looking for a lamp for some time but could not find what I wanted. I googled floor lamps and the lamps plus came up - they had exactly what I wanted and the price could not be beat.

I am very satisfued with Lamps Plus. The quality of the merchandise is excellent and the prices are very good. I recently asked a question on line and I was given an answer in less than a half hour.

To-date they have delivered as expected. I look for discounts and sales on quality items and excellent brands on the web and Lamps Plus offer a great variety on their products. Service and delivery is also important. I will continue to look for sales in their web site.
